We ate here with our 4 kids on a cross-country roadtrip and I was genuinely impressed. The service was efficient and friendly, the prep area and dining area were clean. It was lunch time on a Sunday and there was a line, but we got our food fast and the cashier even offered to carry my tray to my table for me because my hands were full. The food was cooked well. We eat at Chipotle often, all over the country, and this was among the best if not THE BEST we’ve ever been to! I’m not even exaggerating. Way to go Morgantown!

My doordash order was completed change with nothing else in the bowl, only chicken, the worst is, chipotle only put small pieces and they didn’t fill the bowl completely full of chicken. The worst part they burn and overcook the chicken. I am so disappointed and is disgusting. I spend Over 26 dollars for 2 bowls with small portion. No way I buy anything from chipotle.

Idk what some other reviewers are complaining about. It’s a Chipotle, in and out in under 5 minutes with a massive burrito or bowl exactly how you ask for it. What do you want, someone to wipe the sour cream off your shirt for you? Service is efficient and friendly. Exactly as expected

ordered a burrito bowl with two sides of queso, picked up my order and the bag was soaked and when I got home the queso was just dumped in the bag. I called and a woman got my name and said I could have a free entrée the next time I come in, but the next time I came in there was no one who would vouch for my phone call and my free entrée was not honored.

When I walked in only one person was working. The others were just standing there talking doing absolutely nothing for a good, 6-7minutes. meanwhile they’re waiting on him to cut the meat for the customers that are standing there waiting for their food while he’s just talking she had to end up getting somebody to finally take care of the customer because everybody was just standing there not to mention after he cut the meat, he took a bite of the meat he was cutting in front of everybody that’s gross and unsanitary. An very unprofessional. It’s a joke how these people work and their work ethic is in this place

This is the absolute worst chipotle. They are always out of something. Whoever the manager is somehow incapable of ordering enough food or the shift leader is unable to delegate how much to cook during a shift. I seriously hate that I even enjoy their food. It pains me to have to give this establishment money. They are literally the analog to the only crack dealer in a 100 mile radius that puts drywall in the crack and the addicts have no choice but buy it and the dealer knows they can do whatever they want because they have the market cornered. Corporate chipotle (the cartel), please come save us in Morgantown, this has really gotten out of hand

If I could give this place zero stars I would, but unfortunately Google makes you give at least one star. The location itself is poorly ran but more importantly the staff at this Chipotle is absolutely horrendous to deal with—a brick wall would give customers better service.

You might want to avoid this location – There were very few people in the restaurant when we visited there, and we now know why. The staff were far too busy working on door dash and called in orders to worry about live customers. Only after we tried to get our drinks, were we told there was no ice in the restaurant. Two bites into my meal, I realized something was off. Only by taking the burrito apart could we figure out that the rice had been so undercooked that it crunched. Being spread out throughout the burrito, it was nearly impossible to dig out to make the rest of the meal edible. My wife’s bowl meal was thrown out to us in a crushed tin, with my burrito slammed on top. The tables were dirty and a couple of staff members that wandered around the store seemed to care very little about doing anything. This location is truly the worst Chipotle we’ve ever experienced.

This place is absolutely horrible. I waited 45 minutes for a scheduled pick up , the people who were doing the pick up orders moved slower than my grandmom and she’s dead. When I finally got my order I asked if there was guac in it because they had mentioned they were out, dude looked at me like I had 10 eyes. I never get mad at workers because it’s usually something out of their hands , but this place is ran horribly and the workers there do not care at all. And all that for a 18$ overpriced burrito bowl, guess I’m the dumb one.
