Good location. Gets a little slammed at lunch as expected but I’ve only had a couple issues with probably 3 dozen online orders (one tuna outage, one lettuce change to leaf instead of shredded due to supplies). Reliable, fast, easy parking.

I went there in mid 2022. After placing my order the guy making subs laid mine out with 3 other sandwiches on his bench. As he worked he sneezed, over the top of the counter, into his forearm. He then continued making the sandwiches. I said to cancel my order and left. I now feel a little sick every time I see that building.

Catered a meal for a team while in SLO. The store failed to call me to let me know ahead of time that they were unable to make 28 of our 42 sandwiches forcing us to be over an hour late to feed the players and had to change majority of the sandwich orders to accommodate the people who’s orders were not prepared. They also claimed that they were able to make most of them. Correct me if I’m wrong but 14/48 is not “most.” While I understand that things happen with large group orders, the lack of communication from the store with us to find an alternate solution is unacceptable. We ordered a week in advance and i have yet to receive a satisfactory explanation or call from someone who is a manager. I would suggest looking elsewhere for large orders.

WOW. That’s all I can say about the food and service at this place. Not only was the food , hot , delicious and high-quality , but the service was truly fast and exceptional. The attitude of the entire the crew was right on from start to finish that made my experience very pleasant, hospitable and comfortable. The manager surprised me by bringing the food hot and ready to me personally while I was expecting my name to be to be called to the pick up window. Kudos Manager scott! Good job.

Only two young men taking care of tons of customers and they were the most polite workers! One of them was even shaking due to stress and he nailed the wonderful service. This was 1/17/23 lunch time.
