Everything was really fresh,. The people were nice. The Arby’s sauce in the pump was out but they gave us enough packets. Daughter-in-law loves the Strawberry Lemonade. My granddaughter says she writing corporate to tell them they need to put the ham and the turkey sliders back on the menu.

I came to grab a quick bite with some coworkers during our lunch break. The food was fine. But the service was AWFUL ! The girl who took our order was friendly, however the manager on duty was extremely hateful towards all of us. She messed up one of our orders and was rude when we asked for it to be fixed. While I was getting my drink, my order came up, I waved to the worker to let her know I head her, but then the manager yelled out the order again with a frown because I hadn’t come up and got it. When my friends order came up the same time as another order she grabbed the tray out of my friends hand and raised her voice at her for grabbing the wrong tray. Afterwards she yelled at the girl who took our order for pointing out where the mistake was made. Overall very disappointed with this experience. I likely won’t be back to this location because of the service. Save your time and visit the Neosho location.

I ordered three bourbon sliders for pick up they said it was ready I went in and it took them 10 minutes extra because they were just chatting I was the only one in the store and when I got the sliders they were poorly put together like a 10 year old made it im usually satisfied from this location but was just disappointed this time!
