Awful location. Over half the items were not available. When I asked about some items that were listed on the menu, she kept pointing to the stickers on the front of the case. The menu stickers still didn’t match what was in the case. I decided on what was available and asked about sauces, again, not available what was listed. I had 5 containers and she asked if I wanted a bag, I obviously needed one. She charged me for one even though this is not supposed to be done when ordering food from a restaurant. The bag fee only applies to retailers. Finally, I was over charged for the food. I was charged for the chicken, fish, and shrimp as individual pieces instead of as a meal. This made everything much more expensive. Overall, nothing about this location was a good experience. I will drive 30 miles away to a different location before I go here.

What is there to say, I go to work everyday and everyday I stop in for the delicious chicken and the people running the show are always real nice I do work in a warehouse so honestly It’s kinda hard to hear anybody half the time I feel like a pretty well know guy when I walk in this place deserves a lot more 5 star ratings

I just called to ask if they actually sold gizzards before driving out there. The guy who answered said “we are almost closed” it’s 4pm the website says 6pm. Then he hung up on me, when I mentioned the 6pm part. Horrible service

The chicken was not flavored. I was sitting in a hot box for…who knows?! The also have chicken tender and, what looks like, chicken livers or giblets, I’m not sure. No hot sauce. Just some Buffalo sauce, for sale. Quite disappointing. Although, are fairly large andyou get four pieces for $5.99, its not worth it because you really have to do something to give that chicken taste.

Food was okay, very bland and sat under heat lamps for too long. They didn’t have any Mac n cheese, mashed potatoes or even the biscuit and gravy. All of the sauces we got were past their expiration date. Plus our fish was thin and dried out. They need to rotate and season their food better. Also, do deliveries at night so expenses are cheaper. Nice lady though

First of all the workers have attitude I ask for ketchup and he pointed to the counter I thought he was gonna put it in the bag. He had them blocked by ice cream coolers so I had to reach over them to get a couple packages. We got 3 legs and 3 tenders and potato logs. All I could say is for my first time I told my guy friend we was not eating here again. Stale food and bad attitudes! Besides they had there pans lined with grocery sacks and wanna serve sides from that.

The chicken tenders were dried out, the legs tasted like giblets, but the coating was crispy and the seasoning was pretty decent.

I love the champs chicken that is sold in Ellicott and stopped by the Shell station with champs on Mesa Road tonight. Ordered eight chicken strips in a box of gizzards. The chicken strips or fresh and were pretty good. However the gizzards were rockhard and totally inedible. And it was the entire box. I will post pictures if I can. From now on it’s back to Elliott and Fuel Bs for good Champs Chicken.
