Just got breakfast from here through drive thru. Instead of giving people their food AT THE WINDOW, they were pulling every single car. This resulted in there being NO parking spaces in the lot. Did I mention it was storming? So instead of handing the food out at the window, where the crew could stay somewhat dry, there was a poor crew member running out into the rain trying to find which car got which order…. Husband had to go in to find our order, and our food ended up getting soaked. Left a bad bad taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively…

Horrible customer service in drive thru. I got a medium iced caramel coffee after I left I noticed the coffee was extremely bitter and I was drinking coffee grounds it was the worst coffee I ever had because I had my daughter she is a toddler and napping I couldn’t go in to complain and ask for a new one. The girl in the drive thru Told me to just go park she will make me a new one. I waited there for almost 15 minutes and nothing. HORRIBLE.

Line outside was super long so I went inside about 9:40 p.m. to be the only one ordering. A simple order of one hamburger and small fries took just over 10 minutes. Oh, the guy in the back talking loud to someone and using the MF word alerted me to the lack of hair control by one employee standing at the food prep area. Nastiness…. 🙁 What does the Avoyelles Health Department think of this?

Horrible!!! Do not waste your time. I ordered my food, proceeded to pay and move up to the next window. The young girl (who was very nice) handed me my drink and asked if I could pull around. There were so many people parked, waiting for their food, there was no where to park. After waiting for 10 minutes, someone got their food and I pulled in to the space. I waited another 20 minutes, I had enough. Myself and several others got out of our vehicles and went inside. They were continuing to take orders and people who had just ordered were getting their food. We have all waited over 30 minutes at this point. OUR FOOD WAS NOT MADE!!!! THEY HAD TO START MAKING IT. How do you expect people to not be mad or upset when this is the service you pay for?
