There’s a transgender woman with dreadlocks and a nose ring at the counter who was very rude.. I asked her (or he) to go easy on the sour cream and instead of her/he listening to me he/she got offended (or maybe just showing off in front of her/his co workers) and responded with a very nasty and rude attitude to let her/him do their job. I have no problem with that but I was trying to stop her from going overboard with the sour cream which I saw coming. Needless to say, I couldn’t even eat my bowl because it was drenched in sour cream I only wanted a small amount of. If he/she can’t take directions they definitely shouldn’t be working in a customer service environment.

We all know Chipotle, we all eat Chipotle. Love the chips and queso. I could eat here once a week, oh wait I do. Staff is friendly and helpful, always clean. Ok getting in and out of this locations parking lot is a challenge. Go check it out.

Went for my usual bowl and for the second time when I get there I have to wait almost 30 minutes for a pickup order. The tall young lady that works pickup had a very nasty attitude when I ask about my order.. Let’s not forget the eye roll.. When I did get it it is thrown together.. It’s food all over the floor.. Won’t be going here anymore

I placed my order online and it had a time of 2:40pm to be ready. I can understand there being a small delay sometimes do to a store being busy. But I didn’t get my food until 3:17pm. Then when I got home my order wasn’t correct. The floors were dirty behind the counter and the cook was pulling their phone out of their pocket and texting while cooking the food on the grill. So disgusting and unsanitary. I have never experienced a chipotle this bad to where I would never go back.

I ordered 2 chicken bowls tonight and when I got home, I realized they charged me for 2 al pastor bowls, which cost more. I tried to call the restaurant more than once, but of course no one answered. Also, this is my 3rd time in a row that they did NOT have veggies. I have gone at 3 different times of the day. So not only did I not get all the ingredients I wanted for my bowls, but I was also overcharged. At this point, I give up on this location. I would give zero stars if I could

I waited 5 minutes for fresh rice to be made cause they were out. When the worker brought the rice out it was extremely*** mushy and her and another worker laughed about it. I couldn’t do anything but just leave the yrestaurant. I also witnessed how careless they are when it comes to online orders. I wouldn’t dare come back to this location.

Food is great & the service is excellent, however they never keep the food station clean & some food is mixed into others. There’s always cheese all over the counter, corn & lettuce in the sour cream. They need to clean as they go & slow down so they don’t make a mess everywhere.

Seems like the only time the food counter is clean is at opening? Seems like the only time the food bins have food in them is at opening(and that’s not guaranteed)? Staffing is limited so line can get long as I guess this is the new norm? Silverware and other items are a hit and miss with being in stock? Most of the kids that work at this location have that look on their face like they don’t want to be there, guess I should just be glad they showed up to work….

I used my rewards to get a free entree (quesadilla) which is currently unavailable at the RO location. I went in to see if there was a way to get my points back so I could use them for something else and the girl they had me speak to was rude, kept cutting me off, and basically told me to go to another store. I definitely will not be spending another dime at this store.
