Tried this place the other day because my nephew compared it to Canes. He said he thought it was better, so as soon as he said that, I knew I needed to try this place. It was pretty good! My family and I ordered the family meal/pack and it was ready for us in no time which was awesome. The different sauces were very good, the chicken was nice and crispy, the fries were cooked well and the toast was very yummy and buttery. Only downside was that the chicken seemed to have a lil bit of an overall greasy/oily taste that took over a bit at times. That definitely threw me off. We also ordered some spicy strips and they barely had any kick to them. Maybe thats our taste buds tho The workers were also very patient and kind which was great.

I mean like. You can’t visit Dallas without stopping by at one. Always delivers. This location the staff was super friendly and the space was super open! I loved that they had your own hot sauces to choose from

Not bad, but not the best. It’s like a better version of Raising Cane’s, but not as great as Dave’s. (I don’t like Cane’s at all). The chicken was fairly crispy and tasted fresh, the tenders were a decent size, and the bread was fluffy and buttered. The buttered bread was my favorite part of the meal

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Lane’s Chicken Fingers off Midway and 121. Despite being the last customer, my food took an eternity to arrive, and when it finally did, the gentleman at the window was too busy cleaning to pay attention. To make matters worse, my food was cold and unsatisfactory. The chicken wrap was soggy, and the 7 or 8 fries I did receive were were ice cold.

We came to eat dinner here but left without ordering anything. We went to wash up for dinner and both restrooms were extremely dirty. The urinal was coated in urine. There was a smell of sewer gases in the air that overpowered any smell of food. So we left.

Their menu is simple like Raising Canes however they do have couple more items that are good substitutes. I have told many my friends and family about Layne’s and they have agreed that they are great. I love the Layne sauce better than Raising Canes. The chicken fingers remind me of a more home cook style- the breading and the flavors are that of a good southern fried chicken.

Extremely disappointing! I have always been the BIGGEST Layne’s fan and advocate. After I graduated in 2019, I’ve only had Layne’s once since then in 2020. I have sorely missed it. After getting put in a hotel next to the airport, I had Layne’s delivered to me because I just couldn’t wait to have it again! But the chicken strips were very short, no potato salad was provided, they give you way less fries than they used to and the sauce tasted SOUR! Yes you heard that right, it was SOUR. Lastly, the food was cold when it arrived. I am sooooo sad the quality of Layne’s has stooped so low from where it used to be. It was always my favorite. I NEVER thought I would say this, but just go to Cane’s instead. 🙁

The last two times we went here the fries smelled incredibly foul/tasted so bad we spit them out (like something out of a dirty porta potty). The food smelling foul to the point of everyone in the car throwing out their fries (which is a VERY small portion for $14+)

Layens Chicken Fingers specializes in perfectly cooked chicken fingers that are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The dipping sauces add an extra layer of flavor, making it a go-to spot for a quick, satisfying meal. A must-try for chicken finger fans!

The service here is absolutely absurdly amazing beyond what i was expecting on the walk in literally melted my heart. The staff was utterly impeccable, but especially the 5’8 curly headed Palestinian Mohammad Aldabaja. He stopped everything he was doing to make sure i came in and left satisfied. Great guy I just admit. Would munch again!
