Moshi Mobile is inspired by the the travels of husband and wife chef team, Marcos and Sari Mustain. Their first trip to Thailand catapulted them into discovering that the flavors from around the world needed to be brought back to Montana. Since that first trip, they have gone to Oaxaca, Hong Kong, Spain, and Sri Lanka, just to name a few. These travels and experiences have inspired all of the dishes that can be found on the food truck. Expect a wide array of fresh, spicy flavors from around the world, all while using local meats and produce.

The cod dish I had was exceptional. Delightful notes of Asia from the beet kimchi. The fish was flaky and tangy. Also tried the vegan curry. Sweet and flavorful. A must try!

Absolutely amazing food from the funniest and friendliest people! I just had the most beautiful curry bowl with black cod. Do not skip the Boa buns, fresh from the griddle, steamed to perfection. The menu is always fresh, new Boa filling, different bowls, spins on the Moshi burger. Five stars would do this again and again! Moshi LOVE

I wanted to love this place. The food was great, but we waited almost an hour and didn’t get what we ordered. Several groups who ordered after us got their food first, and the staff seemed annoyed when we inquired. They later told me I was wrong when I said my order wasn’t right. Maybe a busy night but still a huge disappointment.

The best food in Livingston! Some people might be surprised that the best dinner in town comes from a food truck, but if you’ve been eating Marcos and Sari’s food at restaurants over the years, you know you’re getting a steal. I’ve had two delicious meals so far and can’t wait to keep going back to try everything on the menu – which rotates pretty frequently, so there’s always something new to taste!

Delish food in an amazing location! Will definitely be coming back. Got the bao buns which were so amazing and at a great price point. We were able to relax in the fire pit chairs before we took our food to-go. But there were ample picnic tables if we wanted to eat there. Also, they have compostable silverware which is always a great addition to food trucks.
