This was the 2nd time that we ordered from It’s Just Wings and this experience was HORRIBLE! I specifically ordered 32 smoked Wings, ranch and lemon pepper dry rub and no sauce. I received 32 HARD, OVERCOOKED, DRIED OUT, FRIED chicken wings. We had to throw them away!!!! The ONLY reason we didn’t return the food is because it was sleeting and when we picked up the food, we didn’t open the bag until we got home. We were supposed to have curbside service, but no one came outside…so I went inside. I HAVE PICTURES AND WOULD ATTACH THEM BUT THIS APP DOESN’T ALLOW ATTACHMENTS. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND!!!!!

Order came out 14 min late and was cold. Wings were over cooked till dry. Almost no sauce on one flavor and the other was double sauced once with the wrong flavor and then sauced over that with the right one. I don’t know how you could have screwed up this order more at least it was all there. Pick up not delivery and I was there exactly on time.

We had wings delivered through doordash. They were here quickly, but then we opened the boxes. The wings had very little meat and it looked like they had put wings in the box and just drizzled a little sauce over them. Half the wings had no sauce on them, though the sauce was good. This was our first time ordering and I doubt we’ll be ordering again. Not worth even half the $50 we paid.

Despite the reviews I really wanted to try this place! It was definitely a GREAT decision! Not only was the food good and very affordable but the staff was very accommodating. I spoke with a lady that works there via phone before i ordered concerning my daughters food allergies. She was so very helpful and willing to accommodate and I appreciate that so much in a restaurant! I didn’t catch her name but she absolutely rocks! I highly recommend this place!!! Sidebar: Im not a big French fry person but I ate all thier fries too. I NEVER do that Lol

Sorely disappointed….soggy wings are the worst, and that’s what you get here. Soggy, wings with watery lackluster sauce that was pooled at the bottom….I love wings, while my preference is a fried wing, I can appreciate smoked or baked wings too. But a soggy wing, uh yeah I won’t be back!

I was excited to try this place, especially when I found out it was part of Chili’s. I ordered the 8 bone-in lemon pepper wings combo with a sprite. My wings were undercooked! I called back and I was told that there was nothing they could do. I will not order again. #VeryDisappointed I’d rate zero stars if I could.

This place is horrible. The chicken tasted like soap, the fried oreos were burnt to where i could not even bite down into them, and my soda was flat. The only thing I would say is good are the fries. Fire your cooks because they’re a disappointment to society.
