I love their biscuits, but it would be nice if they could somehow land the egg on the sandwich! The egg was VERY uneven and totally off the side! This happened on 2 different occasions. Neither time were they busy and needed to rush the manufactureing of the biscuit!

First of all I wasn’t happy with smaller bowl of gravy, then to find it wasn’t even full was even worse. Also as you can see my medium upgraded drink didn’t benefit much either. Almost $7 for breakfast and only to find the more prices go up, the less food you get.

The DT order taker was rude and rushed me through ordering. When I reached the window, I asked to change an item. Savannah, the GM said I would have to drive around the building and wait once again in the line stretched ALL the way around the building to make a change on my order. I refused to do that, just take off the extra items. So, just take 2 items off and I will take the rest. She couldn’t do that either. When I asked for extra syrup, she said it would be $0.25. My issue is not with paying the small amount, my issue is that she was able to ring up the extra syrup, but not the extra French toast sticks platter. Also, the managers and the “district manager” were VERY rude about it. Then, we get the food, and the quality of the food is horrible. What even is that on our French toast sticks??

They are always great and hard-working! If there’s a wait, they’re always very kind and apologize profusely, if they get anything wrong, they correct it and usually give a free extra item. There was one time they gave me a second biscuit because the first was just a little over cooked, and they didn’t even mention it! Very nice people, very nice company, very good food and service.

If your not careful the girl in the morning,that says have a happy day,will trick you. There’s a certain price on the menu for combos,if you don’t specifically say you want it in a small size combo,she will say do you want medium or large,like those are your only choices. Resulting in a higher price. Guess they have to use some kind of money making tatics,since there doesn’t seem to be any business after breakfast
