Placed our first order here since we moved tonight. A sizeable order. One of our items were a BLT pizza our family loves. Along with a bottle of ranch and bread. And a 8 corner pepperoni only pizza. Got home and the BLT pizza was missing lettuce, it does not taste the same. Along with no bottle of Ranch. It was rush hour traffic. Called the store asked for a credit. Pleasant employee was unsure. The manager got on the phone said they would make a whole new pizza and the ranch and have it delivered asap. Which they did. Excellent way to rectify the situation . Also customer service. Thank you Jet’s. We will be back.

The first time I tried Detroit style pizza, it was from this Jet’s, and it’s still my favorite location! The food is really good, and the service is even better! Not only do they deliver, but you can phone in your order and pay over the phone as well. I’ve used this service, and even with their delivery fee, the prices are still reasonable.

I used to love jets deli boats until tonight ordered 50 worth of food got a Italian deli boat first off now its called a calzone not even close to a real calzone. Had to order mild peppers on it plus extra on the side cause for all the years I have been getting deli boats a Italian deli it comes with mild peppers nope not anymore than I get 4 little round lunch meat on the whole deli boat no cheese and no kidding a half of head of lettuce. Ham and hard salami and pepperoni mild peppers and provolone cheese and light lettuce is what used to be the deli boat how do I know this is because my dad help open the Jets on Dixie. I am so disappointed in what I received tonight. For the amount of money you pay for food I expected the best quality, well I guess I was wrong on that. The owner if it is still Dave should be ashamed to put poor quality food out to your customers.

This particular Jets Pizza place has good food, great service, and their employees are friendly and accommodating. I’ve called right before they opened a few times to pr-order lunch for my daughter, she works in the same plaza. And they never act put out by the fact that I’ve called early to place an order and pay by phone for my kid. They are always smiling and always have it ready for her to pick up during her break.

The food and service was very good. They did forget the paper plates that we asked for though. Maybe the drivers can keep a bag of paper plates in their delivery vehicle just in case. Overall a good experience!

What a phenomenal experience. A business really does hang on the customer experience delivered by EACH individual team member. Who ever the hiring manager is at this branch knows that, Kudos to you. I have never had such a pleasant delivery experience, Matt is amazing, so much so some dude is writing a 5 star review, becouse of the delivery process. Yup that amazing.

Going with 2 stars because I’m hoping it was just a bad night. We have had other orders there that were ok. This one particular night was just bad, however. Very little cheese, sauce was different and the pizza’s just didn’t have that “Jet’s” look and taste. Usually order from the White Lake location and will probably not order from this one again. QC was lacking.

The pizza I ordered tonight seemed to have watered down sauce from this location which is disappointing. I’ve had much better pizza from the Pontiac Lake location. I also received a so called “Jet bread” tonight which was nothing of the sort. No crispy crust, or attempt to make it like they advertise. I received a thin crust cheese pizza with no sauce instead. Real disappointed…would never order from this location again.
