I’m updating my review below. Jennifer called me within 24 hours to discuss my concerns. That’s customer service at it’s best. This store has excellent staff and my normal purchase of the half pound roast beef is always excellent. Hopefully the buyer for Arby’s voices this concern to the supplier.

Order the new Ways burger meal, I don’t do reviews too often but I was expecting something great and the reason why I say great cuz right next to arby’s is an IN and Out now I could have gone to IN and Out but I thought hey this commercial it sounds enticing let’s try it but no 15.00 and 32 cents for a burger that was cold Def not a solid competitor at all whatsoever.

Young man taking our order was very patient (I’d never been here before). Our order was large so we were asked to wait in front of the entrance. The man who took our order apparently forgot one of our bags and came sprinting out to catch us! I’m impressed that the young folks working there aren’t POS. Thanks guys!!!
