I’ve frequented this location several times. The pizza tastes great. I get various combinations on my pizza along with the vegan cheese. Primoz is the only place I know that offers vegan cheese (for people who have dairy allergies, but can eat their meat toppings). The wings are delicious ordering online is very convenient and easy.

My first time trying vegan pizza and honestly I wasn’t impressed. The color of the cheese really threw me off and it just had an odd taste. My review though isn’t about the fact that I tried vegan pizza, but more about the overall feeling I got from the place. First the young woman who answered the phone clearly had no clue what she was doing and that became even more apparent when we went to pick up the pizza and the other woman working with her was clearly annoyed with the younger woman. Problem is between the younger woman being clueless and the second woman having an attitude I found myself not wanting to be in the place at all. The pizza is expensive and honestly I am not sure for what. Yes there were a lot of veggies on the pizza, but they were minuscule. I wasn’t impressed at all and with all the pizza places around you can do better. I like to frequent a place that I feel actually wants me as a customer. I just felt like I was bothering them. No thanks.

Had a BOGO offer and decided to give it a try. This place gets busy on weekends so be prepared to wait over an hour, which is normal for the weekend. And order online don’t even try calling. But you can put your coupon information and other details in the comment section and they will get it right.

Y’all, don’t sleep on these vegan pizzas! They can make literally ANY of their pizzas vegan. And the sauce? Chef’s kiss. I’ve never seen a pizza place with a more extensive vegan menu and I live in a major metropolitan city with a huge vegan scene! You also have to try the cauliflower wings (we got lemon pepper dry) and let us know how the mozz sticks are if you get them. They make them in house and weren’t quite ready yet when we went. Also, if you aren’t vegan (I’m actually not) don’t be afraid to order or try one of these pies. We had folks at the party who said even with the vegan meats they’d have never known it was vegan if it wasn’t labeled as such.

Jamie is the true example of amazing customer service. There was a small mix up with our order and we were happy to just wait and have it comped for another time. Jamie personally delivered a replacement pizza for us with an amazing smile and attitude and the most sincerest apologies! I was blown away. I truly wish that there were more Jamie’s in this world, she went above and beyond and truly made our experience even better. We were completely ok with waiting for another time and truly understood that mistakes and mixups happen. Jamie and Mayfield Heights Primoz are a true slice above the rest out there!
