Have been to many dunking donuts before but this one is just wow !! One employee working most the time, slow service, lord forbid you want a cup of ice, the employees won’t give it to you at all, they are so scared of management they run away if you ask cause they say they’ll get fired, coffee isn’t done right, either to sweet or not sweet at all, employee during my visit was rude, unprofessional, unpleasant and didn’t even want to be working so she didn’t even acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes, WOULD AVOID THIS DIBKIN AT ALL COST !! YOUVE BEEN WARNED

Very rude staff. I ordered a bagel not toasted with butter. I ask the lady at the counter which was nice to see if she could find a soft bagel since I wasn’t toasting it. She told the rude lady which was at the counter making everything and she told me

Horrible service! The management needs to retrain certain staff as their rudeness gives one a reason to not come back,I like the morning staff, but it’s the third time the evening staff it’s excessively rude and nasty,I’m a paying customer not their friend asking for free coffee!

Everyone working there are friendly and very sweet. My dog Wicket loves going too. Sometimes he’ll get some ham or a Lil cup of whipped cream. Today I ordered a large hot coffee and a donut. The guy at the window told me no charge. He paid for it. I asked why and said he was having a great day. Love the people there.

I would give a lower rating but until recently the service was pretty good. The last few times there has always been something wrong with the order or something missing. I don’t like having to wait all over again just to get what I paid for. A short 10 min trip turns into a hassle and takes at least 30 minutes. There is little consistency when it comes to how the drinks are made. I never know how it’s going to taste.

Overcharged for products I ordered. I ordered an extra large hazelnut Swirl cream only with a shot of espresso. one Boston cream and 1 ham egg and cheese on a plain bagel toasted . I was charged $17.95 for that. when it’s under $10 for that. I get that order all the time. I was not giving a receipt ! nor will they give me a refund In the difference in price. Even though it shows on my bank statement. being charged $17.95.

At one time this was a good Dunkin’ but it has most definitely declined in customer service!! Hot food usually is burnt or not heated up, drink orders are most the time incorrect! The mouths on some of them is disgusting and they make a point not to care that customers are at the drive thru or counter!

This Dunkin used to be good. Friendly, didn’t wait a long time for drinks etc. Now it’s gotten bad. On multiple occasions I’ve been given the wrong coffee, food or they didn’t give me what I paid for. I’ve waited 15+ minuets for 2 coffees and the sevice there has not been good. Wish it would get fixed..

Long drive thru wait . We ordered 2 hot coffees and wanted a few ice in one of them and they changed me an extra dollar !! For ice !! I couldn’t believe it !! Will not be going back to this location again !! And the kids that were working were too busy laughing and having fun when I asked about the extra dollar they just said that’s what we do !! Oh really ??

On Saturday a couple months ago I went inside to wait in line at the cashier where one customer was ahead of me. I waited for about 10 minutes for my turn and the Dunkin Donuts worker started to help the drive through customers first. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes and 5 drive through customers later to decide to walk out. Any worker with half a brain should have alternated between the drive through and inside customers so that it would be fair. In this case it would have been better to go through the drive through since it was higher priority than the customers who decided to walk into the store.
