Ordered the chicken mole was a bit disappointing all the chicken pieces had bones it was quite messy removing bones I have ate plenty of mole at many different Mexican restaurants none have ever served it with bones. Too many bones in my mole is the reason I give only 3 stars. The mole sauce though was very tasty delicious perfectly balanced flavor. We will definitely come back again but I’ll get the mole sauce as a side. My date had chicken enchiladas was tasty good very friendly staff as well.

Cool hideaway off IL-25. The fajitas and tostadas were excellent with fabulous sides. The ambiance is fun kinda like an old casita in New Mexico or even Mexico. The margaritas need help. They use a sour simple sugar mix in all of them. Save your money just order the house ones because the specialty ones with Patron and Cointreau are overwhelmed by the sweet mix. Definitely worth the stop in and sit out in the front or side garden/patio areas. Service is fast, polite and friendly.

Food was delicious. Service was the worse we’ve ever experienced. Our waiter was extremely rude. He had such a poor attitude. Snatched the chips from us when we asked for more. We ended up speaking to the manager and asking to have someone else take care of us. The owner came out and was very apologetic towards the end but definitely our first and last time eating here.

My family and I came here for a mother’s day dinner 2023. We wish we didn’t waste our time coming here. When we walked in no one acknowledge us for 10min before being seated (the host was right there and could of said I’ll be with you shortly or something like that). When they finally showed us our table the waiter was very rude and was rushing us to order our drinks to the point where he forgot to ask my daughter what she wanted. When he gets back with the drinks he’s shoving them in our faces with an attitude. We asked someone else if we can have a different waiter and he seemed like he could care less. At this point we decided to leave. We’re very glad we left and didn’t continue with this horrible service. There are so many Mexican restaurants to choose from with better food and better service. Avoid this place.

This place is a gem! This is our favorite dish, chicken enchiladas and don’t forget the green sauce! Tastes delicious! This place by far has the best Mexican food around, in this area! Place looks original, very well put together! Clean and great food and customer service is fast and very nice! I definitely give it 5 stars!

My husband and I went here for dinner, he loved the tampiqueña and I had one of the combos. The steak was perfect, I was amazed with the hard shell taco. Was not expecting it to be good at all. Definitely will return as this was our first time here.
