Ordered and paid online for a 1/2 sausage 1/2 pepperoni Sheet Pizza. I received 32 pieces of BURNT pizza. My grandkids were so hungry I did my best to pick pieces I thought were edible to get them started. Only when I called and asked them why they sold me a burnt pizza they were clear they were not willing to do anything about it. SO I would advise never pay upfront, it’s clear they were paid and not concerned about the quality of their product in our neighborhood who has kept them in business all these years. I’m sure the KIDS who are working there now are responsible for their failure! Order elsewhere!!

Ordered from Selenti’s Pizza after wrestling… Got home and opened everything. Look at his Philly cheese steak sub Spoke to a manager or owner named Richard. He told me that he was the one to make the sub and they weigh their meat out. Okay, fine! Then he proceeds to tell me he pays $10 per lb for his meat and because I didn’t get mushrooms and onion on it that’s why it looks that way. WHAT?! Back to just ordering from Giovanni’s Didn’t offer a way to fix it just wanted to tell me he was the one to make the sub. Photo attached. Thanks for the DRY pieces of meat and the seven peppers

My aunt had called to find out details about when my uncle had bought pizza from here due to him being found dead in his house. We were with police trying to ask for a time that he may have came in so we could locate a time of death. While on the phone my aunt, who is in shock and crying after walking in on her dead brother, was put on hold for quite some time with no further details on whether or not someone was looking, so she hung up and called back. Upon calling back the man on the phone was rude and snapped at her “You’re holding up my lines!”. We called later to speak to a manager and the man who said he said this was the owner. My Sister proceeded to say “Do you not understand she’s in shock trying to give details to police as quickly as possible so that’s why she hung up? She just found her brother dead” To which said owner replied, “Oh I’m 61 years old, I’ve been in shock plenty of times.”

It is unbelievable that this place has good pizza but their hours are ridiculous. You can never order their pizza because they are never open. Closed at 8:30pm on a Thursday. Any time I want to order their pizza they are closed. That’s one way to run a business.
