This Taco Bell is ideal for me as a Doordash Delivery Driver. They always have the orders ready when I arrive and properly labeled so it’s easy for me to see whose names are on them without having to touch each individual item/bag. They are always friendly, and someone acknowledges me when I walk in; even if I’m just there picking up off the rack. It’s fast paced, but doesn’t seem so busy that it’s overwhelming. I’ve never had a customer complain about their order from here either.

A long time ago when I was but a wee child this would’ve been a very different review, this taco bell was rather unreliable at the time and you always knew something in your order would get messed up. But between then and now something happened. This location was graced perhaps by the hands of God. Something turned around much for the better. As of recent, this taco bell has consistently provided an outstanding tex-mex experience, whether through drive thru or dine in. The food is always made right. Perfect proportions, always hot and fresh and satisfying. The restaurant is clean and a pleasant place to be. The service is always reasonably speedy as they cook up their miracles. Theres always enough sauce and napkins to go around. And the people, the kindest most caring Taco Bell people to grace this earth. They give these tortilla’d miracles a soul. Bless your hearts for you are truly doing God’s work, giving the Shelby/Utica area miracles and empowering us all, from all walks of life, to come together and live mas.

Everyone was in a very positive mood it turned my day around. When you go somewhere with kids alot of times people have an attitude about “kids being kids” but the employees here were very non-judgemental and understanding even when my son went into a temper tantrum.

As adoordash i think the lube closed at 8 pm like all other tacobill then i used drivethrogh but they refuse to give the order to me and the drive throug cant go out from it i asked them if the order ready just give it to me the employee lady try to help me because i west my time weating in line and cant go out , but manager lady she not accept and told me go to lube to take your order with very bad atatute ,

The girl who was working “Samantha” was extremely rude and threw my food on the counter basically like she was throwing it at me, got an old cheesy gordita crunch which I heard them say “oh I already have an old one ready” if you don’t like your job and you’re miserable, get a new job or Atleast don’t take it out on paying customers.
