Order from here a lot but they told me my food would be ready in 15 minutes so after the 15 minutes I picked it up and just looked at it and look how old the thin slice is compared to the regular. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered a pizza, paid and was told that I’d need to wait 15-20 mins for my food. Totally fine. My daughter needed to use the restroom while I was there and the employee refused to let my kid use the restroom. I understand an employees only restroom but 1) this bathroom is located in the lobby, you know, where the customers hang out. 2) I’ve seen customers using this bathroom as recently as 2 weeks ago. 3) How are you going to make a customer wait and then refuse to let them use the restroom?

Got the thin crust combo. The guy pulls it from the hot box,just to get home which is less than 5 mins from there and the pizza is cold and hard,bread sticks taste old like this order was in the hot box for at least 2 hrs and I would’ve waited 15 mins for fresh food. Get home call them and they say I don’t know how it’s cold when it was in my hot box. Well food does go bad and old after some time. When my box says it was prepared at 413pm and I go to order at 745. That’s 3 and a half hours it sat in a hot box getting stail. Thanks but no thanks,just want be eating there anymore,I’ll go to the one on Madison and 54. They always have hot and ready food not stail food that’s been in a hot box for over 3hrs.

The prices keep going up!! But everyone is very sweet and I go daily. When they answer I order my pizza and it’s always ready when I get there. The inside is always clean and even though they sometimes are incredibly busy I always get what I ordered and at the time they say.

Called 20 min after opening mng nick answers I requested cook to order pizza, with attitude in voice told me about delivery. When I said I did not ask for delivery rather than apologize and ask if was for delivery or pick up they ferther spoke in a disrespectful tone. So I came in to the restaurant to ask for a mng with distaste in and quite frankly a lazy disrespectful attitude said I am. I explain the problem and he at every turn said he disagrees. My personal appion as a customer I hope to not see nick again as a quote (sarcasm) mng he has no business. Oh, and on my way out told me in front of several other guest to not let the door hit me on The way out. Very unsatisfied I have to go some were else to eat. On personal dealings, no one like that person belongs in a mng position. Not just unqualified but is a surefire way to run a business into the ground. I would not trust them to mng a boiling pot of water let alone a business.

Made an online order and accidentally forgot to make it thin crust. Called the store immediately to have it fixed. Sat on hold for more than 5 mins. Hung up and they answered immediately. Once I told them the issue they told me that since it was an online order and it was already in the oven they can’t do anything. You have to be kidding me. You waste more food and items than that in a day. And it wasn’t even a super custom order. Do better.

This used to be a great location. Always great food and service. Over the past year, it’s become the worst location we. They NEVER have anything hot and ready like they advertise and the employees all seem like they don’t want to be there. There is no difference in the extra most bestest topping and the regular but they charge you for the extra most bestest every single time. False advertising at its finest.

As a franchise holder or owner, you have no care for customer service and or respect for your customers. Read your reviews rude and disrespectful employees totally unacceptable, if this is a corporate store shame on you. No response to your negative reviews truly means you do not care. A very disappointing experience to from start to end. We called in our order at 6:30pm with a 20 to 25 min wait. Arrived at 6:55 to find out our order was not in their system. Amazing once I gave my name they new exactly what was ordered. Strange??? Staff was very rude, the young lady at the counter who represented herself as a manager truly needs some training…. As she became frustrated with me giving a very much I do not care attitude escalated… fortunately another customer was by my side and witnessed the entire experience with her. I’m totally sure you have cameras in your location as well. Realizing keeping your colleagues is important you need to realize keeping your customers should have the same importance. My experience Saturday 12/17/2022. Pizza was for my grandchildren not for myself, as the pizza from Detroit off of Cherry hill road back in the day from Little Caesar will never be the same, going back probably 45 years ago. Very much the same thing!!!!Called to order delivery but ended up driving to the store because I was on hold for 25 minutes. When asked to speak to the manager because of the lack of service all she did was apologize and walk off so the cashier began to take our order and when asked if we could have a discount or something she said no we don’t give discounts so I calmly said fine I will just order my food today and call corporate office for the issue and the cashier flipped out and said if your going to come in here with that attitude I’m not waiting on you and stormed off to the back of the store so the manager had to come back out to finish our order and I told her how ignorant the cashier was for no reason and would like to know her name well the manager ignored me even though I asked for the girls name 3 times finally the girl came back out and her name tag said Hailey l. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and then to not even try to correct the issue and just continue to treat us badly and the manager just sat there and allowed her employees attitude to continue. Hailey needs suspended or fired or something for her disrespect to the customers Wow same experience, with no franchises response or from corporate. Very disappointing, as thing change hopefully hot and fresh will keep this business a float.
