This place is awful. First of all, there is no bathroom or a sink available to wash your hands, so if you dine in, you have to leave with sauce and grease smell on ur hands. They don’t even offer a hand wipes for after you finished. The food is mediocre and nothing to wow you. I love Colombian junk food, but honestly the food quality for the amount of money you spend is ridiculous. The customer service is substandard and they charge 20% automatically. There was three people working behind the counter that work very disorganized. I even saw one person eating behind the counter and taking care of customers at the same time. Not impressed at all, and makes you wonder with what food safety standards they are operating under.

I don’t recommend ordering from this location. I had to call Bergenfield location for the ladies at Englewood to pick up the phone.. took me 5 times for them to pick up the line. Finally they picked up and while taking my order told me to wait while the waitress talk about forgetting to order something with the person in the kitchen. They took my order, only drinks (no food) told me is going to take 30 min to get the order delivered. I called them 40 min after and they told me that my drinks were not delivered yet. Poor customer service and way to slow. An hour and still waiting for 3 mangoladas and 2 cholados…

¡Arepas tan deliciosas! They also serve the most scrumptious looking hot dogs you can eat on this side of the Hudson! They also have michelada sodas that looks thirst quenching as well as some indoor and outdoor seating weather permitting of course. Definitely recommend the chatarra arepa you wont be dissapointed. Everything was delicious and exceptional service.

Bad customer service !!! I called to make an order to pick up and after hanging up I realized that it was too late for me to go to work and I didn’t have enough time to pick it up ,and then, I had to call to cancel the order after having ordered it a minute ago, when the receptionist I answered, she got furious and began to question me and ask me who I was while she thought I was someone else. Telling me that I couldn’t cancel the order and that they didn’t do refunds, I decided not to argue and let them keep the money from that order. I did not find the receptionist’s behavior professional when interrogating and unloading her anger on clients just because she thought I was someone else.I was their customer for two years, buying from them up to three and four times a week until today. Customer service was always lousy and with a bad attitude but it was something I never let affect me until today the receptionist crossed the line and decided to question me and unload her anger on me. If you are looking for typical and delicious Colombian food, I recommend you Noches de Colombia, at least they offer you good service and not like the beginners in La Chatarrería.
