Marco’s is easily the best chain pizza money can buy. The dough, cheese, sauce and toppings are all consistently fresher, tastier and of higher quality than the competition. Additionally, the preparation and service are also consistently better than any other chain. To top it all off they are often cheaper if not the same price as other chains. I stared going there when they opened in 2017 and haven’t gone to another pizza chain since. I always look forward to stopping by when I come to Florida. Keep up the good work.

Ordered a salad. They left out the lettuce… How do you not remember to put lettuce on a salad?! Pizza was gross. It was some how burnt on the bottom but not cooked all the way. Some parts had no cheese or anything just big gross bubble’s. I called and was told the manager says no refunds. I sent pictures for them to give to the manager and was told I’d be taken care of. Never heard from anyone.. on top of that we were less then a mile away and it took an hour for delivery. I really like Marcos when they do it right but this place should be evaluated and put under new management. Do your self a favor and stay away from this location.

Ok I just have to say something that bothered me, I pulled up to the “drive through” window to ask if I could order at the window (literally no one else was there! Like NOT A SINGLE CUSTOMER!) and I was told no. I pulled directly in front of Marcos, called and ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. They don’t have regular breadsticks (I asked multiple times). They said it would take about 20 minutes. I pulled around the drive through again the was able to get my order right away. It would have saved so much time if they just took my order at the window and I just sat there and waited for it. I’m just saying when they aren’t busy it wouldn’t kill them to take an order at the window. I even told them I had my 3 hungry kids in the car.

We ordered pizza and wings, I took one bite into my pizza and realized that there was hair in it! Called Marcos and they refused to do anything for me unless I brought the “hair in my food” back to the restaurant. It’s not close to my house, and it was 9pm at night. I will never order from them again.

I was glad to find that you can actually order food directly from them, no having to use some food delivery app. The person on the phone was most helpful, friendly and professional. My order arrived quicker than what he had told me and the pie was piping hot. I love it that the items I got on my pizza, simply onions and mushrooms, were fresh and not canned or from a bag. This was the first time I have ever gotten a Marco’s Pizza but it won’t be my last.

Very disappointed of this location, order our pizza before 11pm store closes at 12pm and the lady call from the store stating that the pizza cannot be made. Drive by the store and they are working normally. Not sure if this would be considered a great customer service. We took a picture of the place being active after we drove to pick the pizza up.

Tonight my niece Meaghan ordered pizza,wings and breadsticks. This is her favorite pizza place to eat. Everyone was kind and courteous. The pizza, wings and breadsticks were delicious. She along with the rest of us want to thank all involved for a wonderful meal. Thank You Marco’s crew for a great job as usual !!!!!

I’m a usual costumer at this Marco’s Pizza and yesterday was interesting. I came in to get my usual pizza with my dad but the card reader seems to be broken which I don’t blame the workers cuz technology can be finicky, and the cashier brought a great vibe so the process wasn’t painful. After the order, our pizza is taking way longer than usual and it turns out the screens that the cooks sees changed the topping from cheese to steak and they realized the error after it came out the oven. I don’t know who this worker is so I’m referring to them as the manager. Then the manager came to us to tell us about the mistake and offered us a free extra drink while we wait longer AND we can take the error pizza for free (and a bonus fist bump). Some people will say this won’t never satisfy the time they wasted but I have decent patience and I wasn’t in a hurry so I’m not upset at all, I’m actually very satisfied with the service. I hope they continue to be this generous for the future.
