Been a long time since I’ve had decent Filipino food and this place hits the spot just right …. right in downtown new haven!!!!.

Choices are plentiful, server/cashier is nice. Most importantly however…the food is amazing. Generous portion size and the price isn’t half bad for New Haven, especially for the appetizer sampler.

Pretty good food for a reasonable price, but the service was great. The man running the store was very kind and welcoming. We ordered the BBQ Chicken and the Lechon Kawali (crispy pork belly). The meats weren’t too tender, but the flavor of them was wonderful. The BBQ chicken had a nice charred flavor. The pork was a little too hard for my liking, but overall enjoyed the comfortable meal!

Really great food and the best chicken I’ve had anywhere, Filipino or not. Prices are kinda high but they were also very generous with the chicken portion size. Just be aware that there’s only a few seats available so it’s primarily geared towards takeout. Highly recommend, and it’s great seeing New Haven finally getting a Filipino restaurant

So glad to have filipino food in new haven! We got lumpia, tocino, pork sisig, and palabok. And the bangus (forgot to take a pic of that dish). All of it was delicious. Will be back many times 🙂

Food is pretty overpriced considering the small portion. I ordered the bbq pork and it was too tough for my liking. There is abit of charred taste on the outside which is good but I just didn’t like the texture of it. Anyway I was still hungry after finishing everything

Love it! The cashier girl is very friendly and the food is good! Wished the portions were slightly larger.

I’m so glad they opened a branch here in New Haven. They’re my go-to place when I’m craving for a taste of home. Their pork sisig, tokwa’t baboy and lumpiang Shanghai are very good. My fave is daing na bangus as it’s perfectly cooked. I also like their taho for dessert. I wish they sell chicken inasal and pork menudo too so I don’t have to go to their Norwalk location

If you order in person, they make to order so expect a 10 minute wait. Pork sisig was delicious, can’t wait to try other dishes. Slightly overpriced but everything is these days.
