The food is great, hot, fresh, large menu to choose from, generous portions, for a very affordable price, possibly the best bang for your buck in Decatur. The staff is kind, courteous, and quick. The place is clean and well kept.

Excellent first time eating here. Burger was tasty fresh and just how I ordered it. The Cajun fries are ok for just a shake on seasoning. The cheese bites was good and a reorder item. Friendly people and fast service.

Ordered the Cajun Chicken sandwich Chicken wrap and coleslaw. There was nothing Cajun about the chicken sandwich spent m9st of the afternoon feeling like I had the chicken wrap stuck in my throat, and the coleslaw was just slaw with absolutely nothing but cabbage totally disappointed!

Was overcharged for my food, was missing food items in my bag. When I returned for the items I was missing and to ask about the overcharge I waited over 25 mins for the food I was missing. The food I was overcharged for I never even got the manager to come to the front to speak about it. Meanwhile I could hear the employees talking about me in the back. At this point, I won’t return to cook out. As this isn’t the first time they’ve messed up an order.

First time eating here and it was a pleasant experience. They only offer drive thru and walk up window service. No dine in but they do have a few tables outside. We chose to use the walk up window and eat outside. The burger was cooked well and had a very distinctive charcoal cooked flavor, which I liked. The fries and onion rings were cooked well and tasted good. My granddaughter had the chicken strips and she said they were ok but didn’t taste like “regular” chicken strips. Not sure what she meant but she liked the fries and ice cream (shake). Overall I would say that it was worth it. I’ll eat here again.

We had a great experience! Alyssa was so great! She was so sweet to my little boy but I watched her with multiple customers while eating and she was just so warm and polite! I hope she gets recognized for her good work!!!

I came by today and they gave me stale walking tacos and hardly any meat plus the fries were tough. I lived too far to turn back for a refund but I’m really disappointed as this is a first:/ I just wanted two simple tacos with no lettuce and nice Cajun fries.

The staff and service is top notch. They are very friendly and being my 1st time they were very helpful with helping me make my decision But I was very disappointed with the portions served. Ordered a BBQ sandwich and double onion rings as my 2 sides and there was literally 6 small onion rings and the sandwich had hardly any meat. Two meals with 2 sides each was $17 and honestly happy meals have larger portions. I’d only try again because the service was so great.

Normally I love cookout. Especially this one. I always get the same exact thing because I know what I like and I eat here very often (bordering on once a week) since it reopened. But today the burger I got from there was terrible. I’m only leaving a review just in case the company is trying to change what meat they use.

Burger was good, nothing special, a little on the smaller size. Fries were good. Milkshakes were kind of flavorless. They were to thick to drink, if that’s your thing.
