This place is so Disrespectful I ordered a pizza not only did they get my order wrong they also left my food on the ground for the ants to eats, when I went to let them know about the mistake this mistake they were very disrespectful over the phone, hung up on me , told me to call corporate and then hung up again !!! I called back I asked for a refund and they had a very nasty attitude they did not refund my money nor did they give me the pizzaI deserve. Now I have to call corporate tell them about the manager who is supposed to have etiquette named Jorge because he refused to do his job and then hung up on a paying customer!! Jorge does not deserve to work at a place that requires customer service if he is not capable of having any!!!! So please save your money or go to another Marcos somewhere else because this one is horrible!!!!!!! I’m on the phone with corporate now and I’m making sure that someone will lose their job

We order from Marco’s regularly. They are Stooooopid fast and pretty good too, with awesome customer loyalty discounts. My only knocks against are that online orders don’t allow specific instructions, and it would be nice if they’d cover more of the surface of large and extra large pizzas with toppings. I’ve ordered those where the toppings stopped a full 3 inches from the outside edge. Nobody I know of likes that

DO NOT ORDER HERE !! Terrible experience. Zero customer service or professionalism. My family ordered pizza to be delivered and not only did Marcos pizza deliver our food to the wrong address when we called to get the issue fixed the manager gave us nothing but attitude and rude tone, then refused to help us at all. You wouldn’t think ordering pizza from a pizza place would be asking too much. My father now has to drive to this location to get a refund because the manager refused to fix the delivery issue or give us a refund. Absolutely disgusting and shameful behavior, Walmart has better customer service than these clowns. -100/10. You couldn’t pay me to order from this location again.

Today I tried to order a pizza the employee said he could not understand me and hang the phone up on me, everytime I tried to call back he continued to hang up on me several times,I had to call the other Marco’s on Fry rd to get a manager at the one on little York, I talked to Charles the manager and he wasn’t a pleasant person either, I gave him my order he gave me the price so I asked him do you have any specials he said “I gave you 3 off on your order”but didn’t sound to pleasant,I took it that he was to happy about the situation that took place,I ordered but I’m not going to pick it up and I always order from that Marco’s on little York

Lately I’ve been seeing the quality go down more and more. I got to a point where it’s not going to get any better so I’m going write a review. Seems like they’re rationing on the salad. They could have packed a little bit more salad than what they gave us. No croutons and few strains of cheese. The meat looked like it torn it up in pieces by hand and just thrown in the container. My kids made better looking salads than this trash. And of course I ordered by UberEats so I’m not getting any compensation for it. Definitely wasted my money at this place. I was having a good day until this happened. Thanks Marcos for ruining a good day.
