Ordered a chicken Parmesan salad, only to sit down and open my container to spoiled chicken that smelled awful. I started vomiting because it smelled that bad. You could literally see the white fuzz on the chicken. I called the restaurant only for the phone to be answered rudely with just a hello no Wendy’s greeting at all. When I stated the issue the guy hung up on me and when I called back no one answered. Never again! Worst staff ever!!

This is the second time, they are supposed to be open for breakfast, lights are on, someone inside sees me, but the door is locked and no answer at drive through. If you don’t want to make breakfast at 6:20 in the morning then don’t advertise as being open.

Terrible customer service. I walked in and the guy behind the register walked away. So, I stood and waited. All the employees saw me but ignored….Finally, a lady walked up…I thought to help me…but instead, started speaking Spanish with one of the other workers. She finally asked what I wanted. I told her. Then, the employees discussed my order (in Spanish) with each other. No one seemed to know or understand my simple order. So, I turned around and walked out. First and last visit to this Wendy’s.

Spicy chicken nugs were on the menu as 1.59 for 6…i get to the window and was charged 1.99! i asked why isnt corrected NO BODY COULD EXPLAIN THIS! the menu said SPICY OR REGULAR SAME PRICE! FIIIIXXX THIS! MISLEADING AND FALSE ADVERTISING…CALLING THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE RECEIPT FOR SURE!

I’d like to say I’m surprised by all the bad reviews I see here but I’m not. There is clearly no leadership at this Wendy’s location. We walked in tonight to find the place looking like a child’s bedroom. There were nerf guns and nerf bullets everywhere. There was personal items (back pack, cell phones, more nerf guns, etc.) laying all across the counter. Now I should have walked out but we were starving. While we are they were being very robust in the kitchen, running around shooting each other and yelling profanities. One girl walked in that clearly left mid shift to buy more nerf gear. I’ve never seen anything so crazy. Someone needs to get control of this place before they burn it down. I also have videos of the nerf gun fight that started immediately after I walked out and video of one of the male’s yelling “kick his a$$”! I’ll email those to corporate.

Came here for an afternoon grab-and-go, but this was the first time I was let down. The guy at the window was polite, but the service was super slow. They didn’t have enough staff, but that wasn’t the bad part. They never said anything about it for fear that I would go somewhere else. It took 20 minutes to get a biggie bag because they asked me to pull up and wait. Then the lady, who may have been the manager, said she was sorry that they were short-staffed, and it wasn’t her fault. So, I guess it was my fault for coming here. Disappointing for a place that is usually on point.

Went lastnight haven’t been here in a while and the burgers were awful!! It seemed as if the burgers were cooked hours ago dried out and then assembled once we ordered. And the price has gone up so much $48 for 4 meals…rediculous!!! Will not go back!
