Friendly, attentive Service. However, I ordered a thin crust cheese, pepperoni & mushroom pizza, mushrooms were not portioned properly. And for the price charged I expect to see mushroom. The overhead on pizza ingredients is miniscule. The portion on this pizza would of measured out to cover a half order not a whole pizza. Maybe managers get bonus for controlling product & waste control. I understand that. I ran a deli. However, cheating your customers is not a skill set you want to start out with or teaching those under you. Order your provisions properly and according to your previous sales. If this keeps up, you won’t have sales at all.

Little Ceasars brings what they advertise. Cheap pizza that is a good and fresh. I was happy to see they brought back pretzel pizza. No complaints here. Although 20 years ago, I remember the crazy bread being crazier than it is today.

I came in to order a pretzel crust pizza at 8:58, I was unaware that they do not make any pizzas other than a regular cheese or pepperoni after 9. So when I asked for a pretzel pizza they told me no. It still wasn’t even 9 yet and they told me no. I asked if there was any way they could because it’s the only pizza my kid will eat. They just told me “oh” and left it at that. Terrible service and terrible customer skills. Kinda made me not want to come back because they made me feel like trash

You can’t really go wrong with pizza. But my last order had undercooked dough in a deep dish pizza, and my wings had no sauce. Usually the quality here is decent but recently it’s been quite half hazard. Pizzas should be thoroughly baked.

Every time I come here it’s garbage. Ordered a pizza at the counter and they told me 10 minutes. All employees just stood in the back doing nothing and 1/2 look on drugs. 20 minutes later I asked where my pizza was and was told it would be another 10 minutes. Whoever pays these dummies to work there you are losing $$ hardcore.

Went to get the lunch special as advertised. Showed up at 1:50. The worker tells me “sorry, it’s after 1:45 and since it takes 15-20 minutes to make a lunch special, it’ll be too late for you to have one.” Zero customers for the next 15 minutes. Zero sales. Zero customer service or incentive to do their job. Go elsewhere

I ordered in the app as they have removed their phone so they do not need to deal with customer service at all. They managed to completely screw up my order(thin crust instead of stuffed, random topping I don’t like on my whole cheese pizza). They literally didn’t even cut it. But there’s no phone so I can’t call and let them know my only option is to drive back and wait in the huge crowd of people for my order to be remade which will probably take 30 min in that rush. I will go elsewhere next time, if they want to turn away business and Uninstaller their phones we should all let them.
