So I ordered a steak burrito it came with the steak being medium rare!!! I was very unhappy with that!!! No where did it say the steak would be medium rare!!! There also wasn’t any way to change that!!! I am not a fan of eating meat that isn’t thoroughly cooked I was very disappointed to say the least!!! Won’t be ordering from there again!!!!

This is a place that you can only get food if you order through GrubHub (or alike) or through their website. I tried walking into host restaurant to order, and the hostess told me that I had to order online. I had to place my order on my phone at the location. You cannot simply just walk in and order. The burritos were good but nothing too memorable. The Kimchi burrito (which I was told was their best one) was my favorite of the two that I had (the other one being the basic Mission burrito) but still wasn’t anything that I can see myself craving in the future. This is a good spot if you want takeout burritos but I wouldn’t say it’s anything more spectacular than that.

It’s really a hit or miss here. When it’s good, it’s really good. They read your additional notes and make effort with the order. But when it’s bad it’s so disappointing.

When they get it right they get it really right. But this place has sent us an incorrect order more times than they’ve sent a correct one. I can’t eat raw onions and always put a note in in all caps when ordering online asking for guacamole and pico to be removed and it rarely gets recognized. I’ve even called before and it still comes wrong. Delicious food if you’re going in person or if you’re ordering online and have no dietary restrictions or preferences.

Nov. ‘21 Update: The food quality has gone downhill! Since my initial review, I have returned to the restaurant several times since August. Each time I have regretted it! The food is no longer flavorful, and it’s as if they’re rationing the meat placed in the burrito. Whatever meat I’m able to find in my food is squishy, pink, and just inedible. This is not specific to one food item — I’ve ordered different items every time and they all tasted bad. It’s a shame b/c my initial review was genuine — I truly couldn’t believe how good the food was. Now? It’s a NO for me. What’s going on Jackass Burrito? I would rave about your food to friends, only to be embarrassed in the end.
