They made me a large specialty pizza. It was supposed to be a pan, and by an honest mistake made a thin crust instead. They remade the order right and apologized for the mistake and gave me both pizzas without complaint. Very happy with that kind of service.

Ordered through door dash. Left a review there but I’m going to leave one here as well: I have ordered many many pizzas and I have never ever received a pizza missing toppings! Never! The toppings I did get were skimpy at best. Also never had soggy thin crust (that’s the whole point of ordering a thin crust) My salad was missing the ingredients as well. I thought well maybe they were out of mushrooms giving the benefit of doubt. No. No. Absolutely NOPE because I had mushrooms on the salad! Just didn’t give a care and I’m insulted. This meal was not free by any means!!! Vito’s you can keep your lousy food and I will keep my money!

The past few times we have ordered, we get the specialty pizzas, BBQ chicken and CBR. Both pizzas have been very dry. Hardly any sauce on either of them, ended up being terrible. We purchase before work and take them with us to eat as lunch. Very disappointed, wasted $18 each on these, and didn’t really get to eat a lunch for a 10 hour shift because they were so dry and mostly inedible. Also the crust was terrible, tasted funny and undercooked
