This is the best pizza I’ve had in a long time! I’m very happy with my experience overall. When picking up orders the customer service is very fast and nice. The cashiers are always friendly and lovely. Whenever I order deliveries the drivers always deliver on time and they are also very nice. The food is delicious and fantastic. Overall I recommend this pizza as one of the best in Fair Lawn and other nearby towns.

Popped in here unexpectedly for a quick bite. Wow. So good! I did not think this pizza spot was going to be as good as it was. I got ONE garlic knot , it was crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, melts in your mouth with garlicky parmesaney goodness. I regret getting only one. Got two Margherita slices. The dough was airy, fluffy, and soft. Very light and enjoyable. Marinara was dense and flavorful. Nice blast of basil and mozzarella on top. Really very tasty! Will come back to try other slices!

The pizza from this pizzeria tastes so good. The feeling of Biago’s pizzeria feels so welcoming and the staff are so kind hearted. I needed an extra slice, and without any hesitation one of the workers jumped straight into making a whole new pie. Best service, and love the food!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Gave out the wrong order to a customer, then called and yelled at the customer saying she took the wrong Pizza, as if she went inside their kitchen and took the Pizza herself. Plus they overcharged her on top of everything. Never applologised just blamed her for everything. Terrible service. Order at your own risk. I recommend Ray’s Pizza in town. Very friendly, Great tasting pizza and excellent service.

I ordered for delivery from this location. I ordered serveral items and they gave me a 15% discount which I appreciated. The delivery was on time. I grabbed what I could because I didn’t see my separate eggplant parm that I requested. When I got home I dug in and it was ok. Could of used a little more seasoning in the sauce. All in all I had an ok experience.

Today I will give my order 5 stars. I had an issue recently after ordering via GrubHub where the pizza was undercooked and whole entire olives were placed instead of them being chopped/sliced. I called and the customer service they gave me was excellent. They provided me with an apology and offered me a replacement pizza. I cashed in on that offer today and everything including the pizza was perfect. I was not able to change my GrubHub review so I am writing one here. Great job and thank you!
