To start out with, the store had about 7 or 8 employees with most just standing around or talking amongst themselves. Then, they forgot the munchkins part of my order so I had to wait staring at them until someone finally asked if I needed anything else. Then when I got to the car, my wife informed me they messed up both the munchkins and my sandwich. The munchkins were supposed to be glazed and chocolate glazed but we received a variety. Also, the sandwich was a sweet pepper on a croissant with white cheddar but they gave me it on an English muffin with American. When I went in to fix the sandwich they said they only had multigrain, sesame or everything bagels. Nothing else. I believe it’s not right to swap a sandwich on a customer without informing them just because the restaurant is “out” of food. I found this Dunkin’ Donuts to be less than pleasurable.

This has for a long time been my absolute favorite Dunkin’ donuts. Like most people, I’ve gone to a lot of them. The staff are always incredibly kind and make it wonderful to be awake in the morning before having caffeine. My coffee is always the best tasting, they never make it wrong. If I go to other Duncan’s the coffee is just not as good. The food is made well, never too crunchy or uncooked. At the drive-thru they always visually inspect my banana to make sure there’s no brown spots before giving it to me which I really appreciate. Highly recommend.

I ordered my usual “large iced coffee, 4 cream, no sugar, and a shot of blueberry/raspberry.” The coffee they gave me had none of the flavoring. Just the cream. So I sent it back and asked for the flavor. I KID YOU NOT. He brings out the coffee with blue coolada syrup floating around in it. How can someone be so stupid. You have 1 job
