Put order in through the app over an hour ago and hadn’t received an update. I checked my bank to see if the charge went through and found out it had charged three times for the order so I decided to call the store to get that taken care of and get an update on my order. I’ve tried three times to call and they cycle me through the “pizza hut has a new flavor” automated message and hang up on me. After the second call attempt I got a text informing me my order would be delivered in 30 minutes. Seems like a reoccurring issue with this location based on previous reviews.

Think again before ordering from here. It had been a few years since we had Pizza Hut, as they were the worst of the chain IMO. We decided to get them this week (we get pizza at least once a week). Big mistake! Not only was it one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had, it was over cooked, and cold. We also waited nearly 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered, and it was delivered via door dash, without my consent. No one would answer my calls to figure out where my pizza was at. The pizza appeared to have been cooked when I placed the order and then just sat on the counter until someone could deliver. At least wait to cook the pizza until you have a driver lined up. This thing went straight in the trash after 1 bite. I ordered Papa Johns and it was to my house within 15 minutes and it was delicious.

Went to pick up an Uber eats order on 06/07/23, turns out they decided to close over a half hour earlier than the posted hours on their door. This is the 3rd order I have had to cancel because of this location’s incompetence. Would not recommend.

Out of the many years of ordering from this store, yesterday was the worst experience I have ever had. Pizza was 1.5 hours late on delivery, pizzas were cold, there WAS NO ONE ANSWETING THE PHONES, and there were no updates. 30 YEARS OF ORDERING FROM THIS STORE!

Don’t order delivery from this place. If there’s a problem (which there has been on my last few orders), you’ll never get in touch with anyone at the store. They’ll just put you on hold and then hang up on you.

I ordered the brought back big New Yorker pizza on 2/8/2023 at 7:30 pm. Asked for light sauce on the pizza because I wasn’t sure how I felt about the sweet marinara. Received my order and got home only to find that there was no sauce on the pizza when I went to take a slice it literally crumbled like it was a cracker. There was 15 pepperonis on the entire thing and for 16 inch pizza it looked horrible. And when I tried to call to the store several times I was on hold for over 25 minutes then routed to the call center and they couldn’t get a hold of the store. The call center gave me the phone number to call corporate and I still haven’t heard back from them. And still can’t get a hold of the store. I don’t know what is happening with Pizza Hut in as a whole by every Pizza Hut, I’ve been to in northern Utah is absolute they really need to rethink their whole customer service strategy, and menu management. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to Pizza Hut pizza again.

I used to work here as a driver it was great. But I just ordered a pizza and wings my son loves pizza hut. Ohhhh my has the quality fallen off the cliff fell in the river and sunk into a cave. Please listen to the 1 star reviews don’t order from here. Run jump teleport if you have too go somewhere else save yourself the trouble
