I ordered a Steak and Cheddar Hoagie. I picked it up curbside due to no delivery driver, not a big deal. However I’m not sure that the “steak” was something anyone should eat it was horrible!!! Pressed, formed meat, its debatable that it’s meat, microwaved and a lousy fake seasoning. A few chips of bacon and due to all the BBQ sauce I barely found a sliver of cheese. I never post negative remarks however after receiving no reply to my email to customer service here you go for everyone to read.

This used to be a decent store, but over the last few months it has really gone downhill. Wait times are getting longer and longer, items are often forgotten for deliveries and the staff seem unprofessional and some are downright rude. My wife and I have had to cancel multiple delivery orders from this store recently due to having to wait 2+ hours for a pizza. The last time we called, the staff hung up on us 3 times before we were finally able to cancel the order and get a refund. This store definitely needs better management. The current management staff seems to have the store in total disarray with very little control over operations.

Tried to use coupons that domino sent me by email would not go through tried to get store to honor They kept telling me I was using the wrong store so I went home try it again make sure I had the right store still would not go through quite disappointed I will choose a different Restaurant for my pizza this not the only time this has happened and employees don’t care

Super nice!! On the phone when I had a question, super easy to order online, and the food taste devine!! If you are a true chocolate lover, the lava cakes are a must! I tried the chicken chunks with jalapeno and pineapple, wow! So good!! Pasta primavera is wonderful too. They are just hard to beat with delivery time and quality. And follow the progress of preparing the food to getting it to you…they make it fun and you don’t have to say “is it here yet”? Cause you’ll know!! And listen to some fun music of your choice while you wait…its the little things right?! I am thankful!!

So, for a long while, this place was great for cheap pizza. I’m not sure what happened in the last 2ish months but things have gone down hill. For example, tonight I ordered a pan pepperoni and a medium cheese. Simple right? Apparently not. I get to the store and they tell me they messed up one of them and had to remake it. Fair enough..mistakes happen. They decide to give me the mistake free of charge. Bonus! I get home… All 3 pizzas are pepperoni. They are sloppily put together.. clumps of pepperoni all over like they were really rushed.

Ordered almost an hour ago, and our order has been sitting completed for over 30 minutes. Called in to see what is going on and told the driver will be back soon. No offers to make up for the poor service other than they will remake them if they are cold….so we can wait another hour???
