The empanadas are amazingly delicious. Unlike other empanadas that I’ve had, the dough is so light and flaky. They also offer a lemon tea that is absolutely delicious. The owner, Kim, and her daughter, Summer are lovely, warm and welcoming. Overall I had a great experience here, which made my day. I highly recommend a trip to High Quality Empanadas, even if you have to travel a bit to get there. It’s well worth it!

Very small little place that we just came by from google maps – and so happy it popped up. everything was delicious – g the he empanada dough was delicious and not greasy at all – the fillings were great and the dipping sauce was so unique. the hi spiral potato had amazing seasoning on it and the homemade iced tea was delicious.

The empanadas are insanely delicious and they’re SO unique! Crispy on the outside, so tender in the center and perfect flavor. Every flavor was delicious and the Hi Spiral is recommended. The restaurant is adorable and a must see!

BEST empanadas I had in a long time!! This shop is so cozy and the owners were very nice explaining all the options available. I got the ground chicken and mushroom & caramelized onions, they are insanely DELICIOUS!! I can’t wait to come back to try all of them!

We love the smiles and good vibes that greet us at the door as much as we love the food. HQ makes some of best empanadas! Gourmet quality turnovers that are cooked to perfection. Each golden crispy pocket is packed with fresh flavors and have perfect texture! The sides and soups are equally amazing. Clean, consistent and always welcoming. If size matters, then you may want to go elsewhere otherwise HQ is definitely a place to try if you want to eat gourmet empanadas.

Run don’t walk to this terrific spot in Milford! The empanadas are delicious, the spiral sliced potatoes on a stick are so good, and the service/setting is cozy and welcoming. The mother/daughter owners are very caring and sweet. Our 8 year old grandson recommends the chicken empanada and the spiral potatoes. My favorites are the cheese steak and the mushroom/fried onion empanadas. Great place!!?

Stopped in Milford, NJ (beautiful small town) for lunch. Spotted HQ and were enticed! 3 of us stopped in and ordered the individual combos. The barbecue, the cheesesteak, and the jerk chicken empanadas were all winners! A little fresh slaw and a spiral fried potato were delicious! My sister-in-law had the butternut squash soup, we all had samples first, and it was superb, creamy texture, great flavor and not as sweet as Panera! Kim is the Chef/Owner and is most accommodating! Loved the lemonade also!

Simply amazing! I had the pleasure of having these empanadas for the first time and wow! The dough or shell is so light and flakey it just melts in your mouth. I tried 3 of the different flavors and each of them was out of this world. Chicken, Buffalo and the Mushroom & Caramelized Onions.
