I ordered 14 dollars worth of food. One Friscoe breakfast combo and three peaches and cream pies. On the sandwich, I got two small pieces of bacon instead of Swiss cheese and ham. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich is much cheaper. I’m guessing the line doesn’t know what it is, and there’s no sheet on the wall to tell them.

If I could give negative stars, I definitely would! This is the most horrible place to try and get food from. They either have the doors locked, or let you sit in the drive thru line just to tell you that their drive thru system is down…. I wish that the corporate office knew about the shenanigans going on here.

I’ve been very disappointed with the service at the phenix city location. I actually started driving 30 mins away to another location. I recently visited the phenix city location twice and was blown away by how I was treated. I was greeted when I entered, order was immediately taken, food was delivered fast as I’ve ever seen. Dining room closed in the middle of the day. Sandwich was so sloppy because of the ketchup and mayo all on the outside of the bun. Not fun to eat in the car since they would not let us inside. Ordered 2 cookies for $1. Thought that they would be fresh baked, but they were some horrible prepackaged cookies. They tasted more of chemical preserves than an actual cookie. Beside the sloppiness of the sandwich it did taste OK.

Was hungry, Hardee’s was there, drove through, got food, ate food. Service was good, good people. This trip, the food wasn’t as good as last trip, bread was a little old, edible, but getting near the end. You find that everywhere though.
