I’m not sure where to start. I’m so beyond annoyed and disappointed. Buckle up folks and read on. We walked in and there was what appeared to be a small volleyball team there eating thier pizza. Other then that it was empty, so we ASSUMED we would have our pizzas in a timely manner. Look, it’s a small local joint, you get busy, I understand, then say so, when I walk in with 3 boys tell me I’m going to be waiting over an hour. It happens. Give me the option to decide if that is something my family can deal with. We did not expect to have OUR pizzas an hour and a half later. We ended up having to leave to take our (hungry) boys to thier Tball game and call us once it was ready (almost an hour and they hadn’t even started it!). A teenage worker felt bad and offered to deliver it to the field, only to deliver the wrong pizzas. I will say she TRIED, she TRIED to make it right. But there was still some sort of miscommunication causing her to bring the wrong pizza, my husband having to leave the game to go get the correct pizza which was now an hour and 20 mins after we ordered. But then to give me a pizza where the toppings aren’t evenly distributed over the pizza is just beyond disappointing. Especially when I paid $45 for a small and large pizza…which I’m okay paying top dollar for a top not gourmet knock my socks off pizza. But…that’s not what I got. Lastly I would expect a manager of sorts apologize for the LONG wait, and the pizza mix up. I would expect if you want repeat service you would attempt to make it right. I’m not expecting anything other then an apology and an explanation. I appreciate the sweet girls out front. They could

You don’t have to commit a crime for a good pizza at Prison Pizza. We were driving through around lunchtime on our way back to Utah and decided to give it a try. It has a fun rustic feel with timber’s making up the booths. The booths and tables are large, which was great for our bigger family. We ordered a pepperoni and a Meat special that had a white sauce. The crust was thin and crispy, the chicken on the pizza tasted a little funny but other than that it was delicious!

Disclaimer: It’s been a long time since I had real pizza living out in the sticks. That being said, Prison Pizza is darn good! Like top notch good.

We stopped at Prison Pizza for a personal pizza and a salad and both we delicious. The salad had homemade bacon bits on the side and incredible beets. The pizza was hot and fresh out of the oven full of melty goodness. The service was excellent.

Delighted with our meal. Thin crust pizza but not crunchy like a cracker. The cheese is beneath the plentiful toppings. The pizza was filling and required a fork until you ate enough to pick up the crust. Prices were reasonable. Salad bar had enough items to choose from and it was fresh. Not a chain restaurant which was a welcome change. They do a bang up job! There is also an espresso counter and candy store (currently undergoing changes).

Ok to start I called a few times no answer so me and my little boy drove down there and they were open so we placed our order to go and they told us 35 to 45 minutes even though as there was only one other person in there. 35 minutes later me and my little boy drove back down there to get the pizza and they had missed the order somehow so they were super nice about it didn’t charge me for the pizza and said we’ll deliver it to your hotel I said okay so when I get my pizza at the hotel this is what it looked like.. and the thing was I opened the box in front of the delivery driver and to her it was like a common occurrence for pizzas to be delivered like this.now some might say well you should have went and picked your pizza up I tried that but it wasn’t ready cuz they forgot my order so. The pizza was I give a five out of ten for the half of the pizza I could eat

The best restaurant in Prison hands down. Incredibly fresh ingredients and delicious pizza. The salad bar has a ton of options and the chocolate milkshake was made with perfection. The owners and her children are truly unforgettable. We had a pizza box folding race (ask for Kayden) great conversation and a lot of laughs. Highly recommend if you’re coming through town!

Amazing pizza and salad bar has lots of options! We ordered 3 pizzas for our family and didn’t even make it though 2 as they were very large and filling. I would defiantly stop here after visiting the prison next door. Made a great combo!

While the quality and the service seem to be different every time I order (about once a month), I think this place is amazing considering it’s a small pizza place in a small Montana town. Those who have high expectations and are nitpicky about every small thing will find faults. Keep an open mind, have patience, and be hungry and you will never be disappointed!!

I waited 30 minutes last night for a salad order that the new owners never even took. I got terrible service. Considering I got none at all. The new owners were friendly but totally forgot about me sitting there. I even thought maybe they would call me back , since I tried before I even came in to order , so they had my name and my number… Totally disappointed. As new owners , not a good impression. And word is, they are closing down the original building and moving to the bar downtown. BAD MOVE. I’m not taking my kids to the bar to spend 50 bucks on dinner and I doubt the patrons at a bar will either. And it’s the only pizza place in town? I give em 6 months
