Health department needs to do a pop-up visit on this location my son and I went there for lunch as we walked up the glass doors were very filthy flies flying around in the restaurant there were three employees working at the time the cashier was standing up looking like she just rolled out of bed looking a hot mess one of the other employee was sitting on a stool next to her with his back facing the opposite direction of the customers talking to the Cook which was in sweatpants an a hoodie her hair up complaining about their management and schedules. As the cashier was asking me what would I like to order I look behind the counter and see how dirty everything was plus the smell of the restaurant smelled like dirty water the counter was sticky the oil was black like it hasn’t been changed in weeks the gentleman sitting on the stool by the cashiers work clothes were so dirty they just open so it’s not like he’s was working all day and that’s why his uniform was so dirty. has not been washed so unprofessional.

I would like to start this post with this was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life. What a complete disaster. Let me tell you what happened. I ordered 30 wings 10 lemon pepper drums and 20 mild light sauce flats. Spent 40-50 dollars sat down and we got the order my wings were sopping wet and drums and flats. Completely not what or how I ordered them. The employee tells me she is sorry and tells a manager that the food is wrong. The manager has got a look of disgust on her face. She proceeded to tell the employee to charge me 5.00 for flats only which I pay. Finally the wings came back out again drenched in sauce. I proceeded to explain how this has gone completely wrong and was told nothing would be done. I walked out eating nothing and fuming. 3 managers on duty and not one would speak with my wife after I walked out. What a shame that a franchise owner would entrust his business with employees who had complete disregard for people. I will now escalate this to the highest level of wing stops franchise development department as well as every social media platform. If I could rate 0 I would. Just SAD!!!

Ordered 50 wings through their app, was told to pick up order at 3:33. Order was not ready until 4:25. The worst part, we only got 36 of the 50 wings we ordered. Of the 50 wings, we ordered 4 flavors and all 36 were buffalo, which wasn’t 1 of the 4 flavors we ordered. Spent an hour trying to reach someone. We got our missing 14 wings at 6:15 PM. Awful experience for an $80 order.

My family and I love wing stop but had stopped ordering for awhile due to a couple of bad orders. Tonight everything was absolutely perfect, including the ranch! The wings and sandwiches are incredible. The fries can be great too, but they tend to put more salt/seasoning than fries in the container. We had wonderful service, and the food was prepared quickly. The restaurant could use a little help with cleaning. Most surfaces were pretty sticky.
