It’s a good day

Over all the place is pretty clean. The mole was really good but not the best and the salsa was watery they also served it in a really small bowl and a large basket of chips lol. The big deal breaker is the margarita, I ordered the 16oz and I’m 100% sure they giving smaller sizes. The waitress never came back around with more water, but she was still nice. I would give it another try because the food was good.

Stopped in for lunch. Greated and seated immediately. Very clean and friendly environment. Complimentary chips and salsa were served. Meal was delivereded in just a few minutes after ordering. Very quick service from friendly wait staff. Food was very good!! Meal came with rice and beans, real beans!! not that bean puree most other places serve.

Atmosphere is a four only because the music could have been a little less pronounced. There’s outdoor seating, which is a nice choice. Otherwise, nice layout inside for seating, conducive to the great service. The food was tasty and nice portions size that left you satisfied but not stuffed. Plenty of beverage choices.

I took my mom who came to visit for a couple days to Gloria’s, before arriving I told her she was going to really like it as we use to; however it was not the case this time, I was there with my very very patient 1 year old, we sat in the outdoor seating area which wasn’t very crowded. We weren’t really greeted by anyone instead we got chips and salsa and we were asked if we were ready to order our drinks, I answered and I asked for a non alcoholic drink, the person who was taking our order seemed to not like the fact that I ordered my drink with no alcohol, which I didn’t really think it was a problem and it has never been at all other restaurants we’ve been to. We saw them checking multiple times on the other two tables that were occupied in the outdoor seating area, there was a couple that saw everything and asked me why if we even have a baby why would they not ask us, to which I responded that i wasn’t really sure, the couple seemed to note that the people in the restaurant weren’t happy probably to the fact that we had an infant with us or probably I asked for a non-alcoholic drink which seemed very odd. We were done with the food and I was waiting for the waiter to come outside but since the other two tables were gone they stopped attending outside, I had to go inside ask for a togo box and the receipt so I could pay. I was brought a receipt with a gratuity included, that just looked very very wrong again our table was 2 adults and 1 infant; we’ve been to many restaurants in the past and have never been charged a gratuity for a small party, I asked the waitress about and she said oh yes we do that. after our really bad experience I felt bad for giving my mom an uncomfortable situation while she’s visiting us and apologize to her about it because in the area we’ve never experienced such a bad service like that specially when it isn’t their peak time.

We stopped here for lunch and were seated immediately. Service was very prompt. The food was brought to our table within a few minutes of ordering. I had the burrito Mexicano and it was fantastic! It was busy at the time, but everything was very organized. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a taste for Mexican food. The prices are fair and fit the portions.

I will never come back here again. To start positive, their food is truly fantastic so it’s a shame their service and customer care is so atrocious. We’ve frequented here many times & we’re always okay with the terribly slow service, because we were so happy with the food. And when I say slow, I mean wait 10 minute for chips & salsa, order your drink, wait another 15 for your food order, (food comes very quick because clearly the kitchen is the only good part of the establishment), you still won’t have your drink when your food arrives. & Once you get it, don’t expect any refills because they’ll ignore you until you’ve finished your food for another 20 minutes. The second to last time we were here they charged us for something we didn’t get & we didn’t notice until after the card was ran. They couldn’t figure out how to refund the card, so they gave us a gift card for the amount instead (around $10). Well we came back to use that gift card & they go to run it and say there’s nothing on it. They just ran our card for the full amount. When I explained the previous situation to the server she had quite the attitude and said the only appetizer she’d comp us for is a $2 bowl of cheese. We decided to leave & cut our losses, and just never return. Save yourself the headache, there’s other great Mexican kitchens, with equally as good service.
