Came in here with my sister a few minutes before closing to order 2 pizzas. Girl with purple hair that was working here had a MAJOR attitude and did not seem very friendly. She clearly was not happy that we were there. This was my first time here, and if this is the kind of experience I have to look forward to at a Papa Murphys, then it will most definitely be the last time. If you hate your job THAT much, then I suggest searching for a different one. If you want to gain my business, FRIENDLINESS is key. I would’ve rather gone to a Papa John’s or Dominoes.

I guess this was just poor knowledge on my part but I had called to place an order over the phone. I was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes so I assumed that meant it would be cooked. When I got there nothing was made. I then waited another 20 minutes to be handed cold food? I didn’t know that the place only served cold food. I then asked for a refund after paying cash after I was under the assumption that the food would be cooked. I guess they also don’t do refunds without a manager.

I have ordered Papa Murphys for years. This location twice. On the second order, the pizza floated in grease. I wasn’t really paying attention and put it in the oven. After a bit, the house was filling with smoke. Took out the grease soaked pizza and threw it away. Still grease on the bottom of the pan. Couple nights later, I was using my oven. Apparently the grease had dripped into the bottom of the oven and started a fire. This happened in December. I call this location and supposedly spoke to the manager. The lady stated this is above her and have someone contact me. Corporate referred me to store. Well, it is February 13th and still no response.

Stuffed pizza The Big Murphy.. and WOW!! If you love crust, this is your baby. We got it without the green peppers and threw some extra cheese on it before we stuffed it in the oven. Been a long time since I’ve had Papa Murphys.. in my opinion, it beats any mainstream pizza chain that delivers (or at least this pizza did). Very impressed to say the least!

Owen was the young man that waited on us he was super informative, very helpful I have never had that good of service at this location ever in the 8 years I have lived in this city. Always nice, sometimes rush over the phone, but understandable. Before passing away, it was my grandma’s favorite pizza and this location always were super sweet and patient with her. Shout out to Justin for being the most amazing Papa Murphy’s employee EVER! First he called me after I placed my order to confirm I wanted red sauce rather than oil on my half of the pizza (totally didn’t cross my mind that the toppings I picked wouldn’t mesh as well with the original sauce), THEN he was the sweetest when we were running late to pick up our pizzas at the end of the night right before closing. Also, he hooked us up with some amazing salads. Justin is quite literally the best!

They messed up my order… But immediately remade it. Not to mention they gave me one of the pizzas free and on top of that, gave me a bogo coupon to come back. The manager was very awesome. I didn’t make a fuss, just confirmed the order on the receipt. Being new to the area, I’ll definitely be coming back.
