I tried this food at one of the saturday markets downtown. I love seeing more vegan food options as I am vegan myself, but I was sadly disappointed when I ate the food. I ordered the tofu scramble, and the tofu was soggy and flavorless, and there were bits of raw kale mixed in that just didn’t work well. I noticed someone else commenting about the tofu scramble as well, so I hope they take this into account and USE MORE SEASONING!!!

This food truck is awesome. I got a delicious wild green juice and lunch. They are bringing edible plant diversity to the people. Nettles pesto, maple flower fritters, great vegan and GF options.

Esack Grueskin
I had the tempeh reuben and the chef special (nettle pesto pasta). A great example of organic, farm-to-table vegan fare. They even make the the nut-based cheese substitute from scratch. I’ve heard they do the Saturday Market, but I found them next to the OG Corner Market off River Road around dinner time on a Friday. Looking forward to trying them again.

Delicious food. Warm staff and a great herb garden! I really like the Tempeh Ruben they are hard to come by and I enjoyed having a local place I can find one. Especially when it’s run by local organic farmers!
