I ordered a chicken quesadilla online and picked it up only to drive all the way back home and see this mess. It’s like they scraped their grill and put it on top of my food. My quesadilla wasnt burnt, the chicken and cheese were fine so it looks like all this was dumped separately on my meal. There were thick charred pieces every where. Had I lived closer I would have taken it back. It was so gross. Check your online orders before you leave the parking lot!

It was not a great experience. I ordered on the app and my order wasn’t ready (even though it said it was) when I got in there. They didn’t include untensils and napkins as I requested and with the layout of the restaurant it was hard to get to them while people were lined up to get drinks.

The staff is always so friendly, but the food is pretty inconsistent. Half the time my veggie peppers are the size of my palm, and most of the time they hardly put any guacamole on my veggie bowl. It’s supposed to be in lieu of meat, so I feel they should be a little more generous. If you ask for more they charge you for a side. The floors and tables are always dirty so I always take it to-go. I keep going back because the food is decent for the price. And healthier than “fast food”.

They have never gotten my order right at this location. Maybe once or twice in the years my family has been going there. Love chipotle as a company but it’s going way downhill now that I can’t talk to a real person no matter how hard I try to get in contact with customer service. I have found no way to talk to anyone unless I drive there and walk in and no one will take the time to talk to me because they’re always busy. I’m allergic to dairy, never order cheese or sour cream and they put it on EVERY TIME. They are not sensitive to allergies and I imagine people more allergic than me would have some real problems. This location needs to close. I have never written a bad review. I hate being angry. I can’t remember the last time I was. Probably the last time I ordered from here.

The older male worker was mean and unprofessional. He didn’t allow me to get the sides my kids wanted for their kids taco meal, but every other Chipotle location and worker has allowed me to. He was very rude to me and my kids. I also had to wait over 10 minutes for them to restock their food containers. I do not recommend going to the Ellisville, MO Chipotle location. Overall, a very bad experience.

Right off the main road and good outdoor seating. Fast service. Clean bathrooms and lots of seats indoor. I’m only rating it four stars because the music was really odd. Neutral music is best for any place of service I think so rethink your choice of music next time lol! If you have never been, get the rice bowl! Just an FYI, their rice has cilantro in it but you can ask for plain 🙂

Horrible experience. They gave me stale chips two times in a row and refused to give new ones. They refunded my chips but refused to give me a refund for my food with mold tasting guacamole. My tea also tasted like mold. The manager gaslighted the whole situation and then played like he didn’t know why I was upset. Told a half told story to police and nothing of the gaslighting, bad food or refusal for my refund of unsanitary food. He definitely gave me jerk vibes. He said I can’t come back. The thing is after that I don’t want to. I believe he was racist.He ruined my entire lunch break and I don’t even feel like eating. A lady right before me got stale chips as well and she was not talked to the way he talked to me. He gaslighted and then ran behind the counter. He needs to be fired.
