The manager on 1/14 at the telegraph location at 3pm was not helpful by any means. We always order the deal of a large 3 topping over the phone for the last few years and have never had trouble. Now the manager tells us to go online only. The online app gave us MULTIPLE complications. It then had a minimum $ delivery fee, when just 2 weeks ago we were able to order over the phone without the minimum delivery fee.

Boneless wings were yummy and the pizza was well prepped and tasted great. Tomatoes were added as an extra topping, which wasn’t requested, but it didn’t take away from the over all experience. Rather randomly get more, than missing something.

I have been a regular customer at this store for 4 years and would order about once a week. In the last few months I only order about once a month because its almost guaranteed that a pizza from here will take an hour/ 1.5 hours. I can’t remember a recent order that got here sooner than that..
