Andrea took care of us and kept our table full as we waited on our food (we were thirsty and hit the rolls hard). We came after an all day wrestling tournament. On weekends I recommend you go before 5/530 as it gets very busy. The steaks were cooked to our request. After all day at school gymnasiums the clean restrooms were a welcome surprise. All in all a good experience.

Wont visist again!! Sweet tea was sour, the waitress “forgot” to put in our order so we waited forever for our dinner!. Watched staff talk gossip about other staff. Someone definitely needs to do better at managing their staff about team work and less time gossiping about other staff members.

My sister, nephew and I are at the Crossings of Springhill enjoying a beautiful day of shopping. So many food choices, but I love Logan’s Southern Catfish dinner, So, We chose Logan’s Roadhouse. I really enjoyed the catfish, garden salad, and loaded baked potato w/o bacon. My nephew and sister made other food choices, but they weren’t as happy with their order as I was. Our server was Jacob and he was WONDERFUL!! Thank you for your service Logan’s.

I’ll start by saying for a dinner that cost 70 dollars for 3 I wasn’t happy at all. I ordered a drink and the waitress brought the wrong one out to the table, we told her and she took it back and brought the right one back but never said anything when she took it back or brought the new one back to me. My mom ordered a soda and never received it (I didn’t know until we left). It took our food at least 45 minutes to come out and wasn’t hot was lukewarm. My daughter said her burger wasn’t very good, I ordered a 8 oz sirloin and when she brought it to the table she said it was a 6 oz I said I ordered an 8 oz and she said you’re right that’s an 8 oz. I don’t believe it was was but whatever. The waitress never removed any empty dishes from our table from appetizers or salads not nothing and our waitress never came back to check on us until the very end of our meal to bring us our ticket and a box that had a bug in it. The worst experience ever and they weren’t even busy.

Everyone has an off night but this one was rough. Started with fried pickles and yeast rolls, quite good. But the salads didn’t come out until we asked for them 20 minutes later, then the steaks showed up. My medium sirloin was cooked well done and it was too salty to eat. My son’s sirloin was also too salty to eat. My wife’s well done Maui skewers were medium and her broccoli came well after her entree was served. No drink refills were had, especially with all the salty meat. And then we waited for the check. No manager came along to check and our server seemed to be training alone. She didn’t know what to do when she came to ask how’s your meal and we politely showed her the overdone meat. I know Logan’s is budget friendly steak but this was not good.

Thought I’d give them another chance to redeem themselves. I should have gone to Texas Roadhouse instead. We arrived at 5 pm on Friday, no crowd, no wait and plenty of open seating should have been my cue to turn around and walk out. Drinks came out quickly. Once the waitress took our order, we waited probably 35-50 minutes for our food to arrive. The kid’s orders arrived first, then mine, then nobody else’s order came for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, I felt the temperature of my fries and burger to see if I could wait for the rest of the orders to arrive, but to my surprise, my fries were lukewarm at best and my burger was barely a notch above lukewarm. I had to eat before the remaining three orders arrived. Then, ten minutes after I finished my meal, the rest of the orders came out. The waitress hardly checked on us. Someone else typically brought us our food and drinks. When the bill arrived, we waited to pay another ten or so minutes. The final straw was when we asked for a to-go box and never received one. We had to get up and get our own after waiting some time. Overall, I would highly recommend going anywhere else to eat. This was my third time giving this restaurant chain the benefit and again they wholly underperformed.

Loved the food and the waitress was lovely. The lady training our waitress wasn’t as understanding and possibly shouldn’t be training. Alot of patience is needed when someone starts a hospitality job so the person training needs to have that.
