Ash think cause he the store manager he can’t take accountability for an error on his establishment behalf I can’t stand unprofessional establishments and I hate wasting my money with bad customer service , the delivery driver was so pleasant and was so respectful he deserves to run and establishment and someone such as ash who can’t communicate well and shows immaturity through conversation should stick to no contact delivery driver , if I call and complain about the appearance of the delivery don’t laugh and respond as if I’m lying it’s papa johns “ hang up on me more than once , what I gotta lie for ! That’s people food you playing with that’s not funny too me ! Box wasn’t even sealed I didn’t even eat the next pizza that was sent out because of how he responded . It’s just pizza and you handled it like you was part of the bad girls club Reunion not everybody want fight and argue are spoken to like a joke ! I should have read the reviews cause this not the first complaint so at this point I apologize to myself

I ordered pizza on the phone. I needed to make a change to the order. The person at the call center hung up. I called the number I called initially it was the store on campcreek by the ups store they didn’t have my order. I guess the manager was having a bad day as she had to talk over me 3 or 4 times to say my pizza was not at her store. Ok, I called the store on cascade by the Kroger on the street close to Kaiser she nicely explained that the order had gone out. I waited for the delivery the door dash driver was great. My pizza was dry, the chicken was chewy, and I didn’t see much bacon or ground beef. I explained to the order taker that I wanted light sauce, and it didn’t mean throw the items on the pizza and cook it. I spoke with the call center, and it was worse. I could hardly understand what the lady was saying. I give up. I’m done. No More Papa John’s pizza. I worked for that 46.00 order they just took that money. The call center would not fix it.

I placed an order online – worst experience ever! I set it for pickup 2 hours ahead of time and paid for it in advance. When I got there to pick it up, several people were waiting for orders and the staff was making pizza – completely ignoring the customers that were there to pickup their orders.

Would not recommend ordering from this place. I placed an order at 8:06, and they said it would take 35 minutes to get to me. I received my pizza at 9:50, it was cold and wrong. I called to talked to the manager and had to wait 16 minutes for him to not care or apologize for the inconvenience. He hung up on me twice and was extremely unhelpful. I will be calling corporate as well, but customer beware.

I asked for a large pizza with extra sauce and light cheese. The ratio of sauce to cheese is awful. The cheese is not cooked all the way through because of the excessive amount of sauce. I called to inform the manager and she told me that, it was my fault the pizza was presented like this. I was a manager at Papa Johns and despite standard measurements a quality check would have determined that the pizza nor the cheese was fully cooked, so the ratios should have been adjusted for it to cook properly.The pizza is not edible. I am pregnant and don’t have time to explain common sense to people.

Ordered a large pizza and cookie… First, who puts icing on cookies? I’ve never ordered a cookie and had it delivered with icing??? Didn’t eat it! Second, the delivery driver had four kids in the car and they were holding my items and I’m pretty sure they tried to peak in the boxes cuz the sticker securing the box closed, was all messed up…smh Terrible service!

Last day in the US, wanted to have our favorite pizza place one last time. Instead got a small, cold, pizza when I ordered a medium and garlic parm bread sticks without the garlic parm. Only thing correct was the drink, but that’s probably just too easy. Sad.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Took my money and never delivered a pizza. Waited 3 hours. It’s now 12:17 am and everything is closed. Way to see how this places cares about their customers. You’d be better off getting a frozen pizza from Kroger and making it yourself. This place needs shut down asap and multiple lawsuits need to be filed for scam and lawsuits for taking peoples money! This is not the first occurrence either. Count your days Papa Johns.
