The food was great but it was so cold in there we could not stay and I ordered 2 french dip supposed to be 2 for 7.00. I guess you have to specify! Cost me $13!! Will not go back, false advertising!

Absolutely the worst service and food I have ever gotten. I ordered it the night before told the system was down then got home and it had come out of my bank so the next day at lunch I went to there to pick up what I paid for and no lie I think they reheated the food that was left from the night before. They were playing around, throwing food at each other. The worst food I’ve ever tried to eat ever. I will never go back to the arbys here in Douglas or honestly needs to be shut down and restarted. Rubbery cold dried up fried hard stale bun and cold all the way through. This is at 1130 am so they should be up And ready for prime lunch time but no one star is way too good for what I received. HORRID NEVER GOING BACK not even arby sauce ketchup straw 2 greasy napkins is all written the cold food

Food was good but after sitting in drive thru line for 20 minutes, we get to the order screen and they said they were closed at 8 pm. It was 7:57 pm when I got to the order screen. Then we got our food and noticed I didn’t get my card back that I paid with, so we went back thru and thank goodness, they had it. Manager was very argumentative and not so nice. When we asked for the corporate number she refused and She did eventually let me and the 5 cars behind me order. There are no new signs with early closing hours and the hours state 10 pm close. See pic. They turned away so much business last night. Oh and please bring back potatoe cakes. All in all it was fair on rating for food it was great as usual. And we didn’t get a receipt with our order.

Today(10/3) I went to the drive-thru speakr and said that I had a $4 coupon for the Reuben sandwich. Your total is $5 pull around . I get to the window and asked how could that be? How much is the tax? The employee says I don’t know but the regular price of the sandwich is $9. I said it don’t matter. I paid and drove off very annoyed. I drove around the store and parked. Went inside to speak to a manager. A young lady comes up and I explain to her the situation. She goes over to drive-thru, I hear them talking and her laughing.(Side note: drive-thru employee was a manager as well) She comes back with a $5 bill and says the printer isn’t working so I can’t see what he charged you for. Here’s your money back and you can keep the sandwich on the house. I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!!
