Today, my family and I visited your McDonald’s at 18200 Wedge Pkwy, Reno, NV 89511, with the intention of getting something for my son to eat. I must admit that I’m not particularly fond of fast food, but your French fries happen to be one of the few things my son enjoys. As we arrived, we chose the nearest driveway to the building since the other drive-thru lane was blocked by a construction cone. Surprisingly, there was no line and no other cars in the drive-thru. However, we sat there for a couple of moments without being acknowledged or greeted by any staff members. I glanced around and noticed that the restaurant appeared to be open. We waited a little longer, but still, no one approached us.

The chicken McNuggets were hard as cardboard. I thought that was a safe bet. Guess I was wrong. It doesn’t seem that anybody at this location knows how to make a receipt. I noticed somebody knew how to change the paper, but nobody knows what button to push. I don’t think I’ll be visiting there again unless it’s an emergency.

I hadn’t had McDonald’s for a long time and wanted a Quarter Pounder with cheese combo. Drive thru line took quite awhile so I was starving. As soon as I got my food I left and immediately dug in the bag for a they were luke warm so I checked my burger and it was cold no joke, cheese not melted and the patty looked like it was burnt. I was too tired to go back but I was extremely disappointed

The McDonald’s app is terrible unfortunately. They charge your card even if you don’t receive the food you order. They couldn’t find the order? The app used to have an option for drive thru or walk in. It now automatically makes you walk in and they will not hand it to you through the window. I contacted cooperate which was pointless. Frustrating to say the least.

I’ve never in my life been in a McDonald’s like this it was cold and unappealing and I didn’t even order I just Took pictures and Left… because of the unattractive dining area. The place was Empty. You could order on a screen in the lobby and plug in your computer at 1 of the tables. Simply not what I was looking for for lunch.

There was obviously no manager on duty. After paying almost $30 for 4 sandwiches and 3 medium fries, I was informed that I needed to wait in the parking lot. 10 minutes later, I knocked on the door and finally got my food. The fries were not fresh, and the chicken sandwich (which they said was the reason I couldn’t get my food at the window) was not even hot. The tomatoes were mealy like they had been sitting out, sliced, for a couple of days. I noticed all the cars behind me were also waiting in line, meanwhile one of the employees was out doing something in the parking lot. When I tried to contact the restaurant directly, I was unable to. Very poor service and poor quality of food.
