No toilet paper in the restrooms. The seats are not reclinable which is something that I am used to with Cinemark theaters. They are also not very clean inside the theater room. I understand they just took over but I hope this is something they will eventually invest in.

I would give it no star if possible we went bowling. Nobody was in there just me and my son the young lady that came to help us. She didn’t know what she was doing. After we got our balls and shoes and started bowling. The first ball got stuck. Well we had to go find somebody which wasted about 10 minutes of our time because it took forever for her to get the ball unstuck. When she did get it and stuck, it still didn’t come back to us so she had to find somebody to help her figure out how to do that. I thought she would add additional time to our session for the time that she took away, which was about 10 minutes however, it ended in one hour. I was going to say something, but nobody was anywhere to be found and I didn’t feel like looking for anybody. You would think you have a customer over there for an hour bowling. You could at least come ask them how they’re doing but nope everybody was over huddled up talking. Horrible customer service.
