I always get the Chicken Fajita Pita when I eat at any JiTB. Being part of the trucker life I eat at a lot of locations. Whatever you do, don’t let Alma take your food order at the counter. She doesn’t understand the concept of sourdough bread or why it’s on a burger. Tell her I want the #6 (ultimate) and point to the #3 (sourdough jack) to have that bread. Order comes out and regular bun. Then as she looks at you confused on what’s wrong she has to get 2 other people involved to understand the concept of sourdough bread. Then they want to roll eyes at you like it was your fault that you didn’t put it on the ticket yourself.
