So disappointed with this establishment. Took my mom there at 9:28 pm but was told only take out now. Sign says open till 10 pm, place only 1/4th full. All we wanted is to have pho and they can’t accommodate us. I own and run a business myself and never would turn a customer away when still open. They were not busy but still turn customers away. Very poor customer service. Obviously they are doing well and don’t need any our business.

Loved Pho22!! Went here on a Friday night craving something warm and brothy. Got the beef combo and loved it so much. The portions are very generous! The tripe and rare steak hit the right spot. The prices are so affordable too!

Upon approach has a A inspection rating. Such was dark and quiet turned out very awkward restaurant. Pho was super quiet where you can hear people’s conversations with only a TV In the corner needed some music or more customers. Then the food the noodles and soup where fine until the meat which is thin flavourless and very unusual. The shrimp was good and proper. Not much to my liking the menu was a little bland and not with much variety I didn’t want to walk out so I gave it a chance. The price doesn’t really match the quality of the food since they give out packaged nasty meatballs with the beef just utterly awkward. Overall has potential given it’s location just really need to work on bringing the food and the place alive.
