I was 17yrs old when I worked here for Xmas season. And for lunch we were given a honey baked ham sandwich with horseradish sauce. And still to this day, once a year or so I go back and get this delicious ham. I’m now 59. WTG!!

I was in the area and stopped by to check out the Turkey for New Years. The two women working that day was so helpful and kind that I ended up buying a complete meal with sides and rolls. Made New Years Eve very easy for this person and I really appreciated that!

We order at the 65th St location every year. The staff is the best though they are very busy during the season. This year there was a problem with finding my on- line order- the staff fixed the problem quickly and made the visit go as usual- the best. Can’t say enough about their friendly and efficient help. Will not go anywhere else.

Food is always good. The order system needs work. I always order/reserve what I need. This year, I went to pick up my order, and the ham in the size I ordered was not available! They couldn’t explain why I had taken the time to order but couldn’t get what I had ordered. They told me I could get a larger ham for a small discount. I had two issues with this: 1) You should honor the price of what I wanted since it’s your error, 2) I have a smaller family, and not everyone eats ham. Therefore, I’m going to be throwing away half of it. The thought of wasting food like that is upsetting in and of itself, not to mention I’m also throwing away money!

Well the ordering and pick up experience was 5 stars, especially that it was the day before Thanksgiving. They had plenty of staff working to handle the long lines and everyone was very kind. Not sure how the ham tastes but hopefully it’ll be good.

The phone etiquette is completely horrible, this was my first time. I’m person, the heavy black girl, was rude, standing around talking. The young lady who retrieved my ham and turkey was pleasant and professional. The ham and turkey my family ate was delicious.

HORRIBLE. we ordered online and it said curbside pickup was an option. called when we arrived and the lady was as rude as could be. she said “sorry you need to wait in line like everyone else” then hung up the phone. we’re given a 30 min time slot, so expecting to be able to get it in the time frame. we went during lunch hour, and had to leave because it took so long. then the same woman had the audacity to say “we will then give the ham to someone else” so rude. we went back after work to get it, and online hours say it is open til 8. we came at 6:45 and the people were in there in the window but wouldn’t let us in. so rude. i will never waste my money here again, and you shouldn’t either ! DO NOT ADVERTISE SOMETHING YOU DO NOT HAVE! AND WE CANT EVEN PICK UP THE HAM WE PAID FOR

My work has used them in the past for our work Thanksgiving… hopefully never again, after this year. This was the first year we decided to try the delivery instead of picking up…. we had to call them 30 minutes after they were supposed to have delivered the meat, only for them to inform us they didn’t have an order in the system for us. The said they’d send a turkey out within the next few minutes and an hour later it was delivered. They blamed the mishap on the fact that their system crashed a few days ago and offered to waive the delivery fee for the inconvenience. Should’ve been free, or at least heavily discounted after having to wait 2 hours.
