Truck Driving Shawty
They closed early so I ordered take out. Paid for everything and left a tip to only receive a burnt cookie that was hard as a brick and a Cobb salad with only croutons and cucumbers toppings. I really wish I just went back to my truck. The wait just wasn’t worth me paying for things the cook knew would be inedible.

I came in and ask to see the manager. But the manager was standing right in front of me which she was the server cook and manager. Mattie was very high spirited and talkative. We had a great conversation about how karma works but it makes me realized that we are all equal. We’re all gods children and have good hearts. The manager was doing it all by himself while there was a gap between the waitress who had to leave for a dentist appointment and the next waitress coming in. The food was incredible. It’s probably the best salmon I’ve had at dennys to date. I am a little complicated, or so my husband says, when I order things. I want this or that on the side, add an extra one of these, please, etc. Our order was perfect. The food was yummy. He was so kind and didn’t even seem flustered or aggravated to be there all alone. Very impressive. He should get a raise seriously. Will definitely be back. Thank you, Mr Manager

The food is amazing here but when they are open. This place is not 24/7 like it says online. My husband and I are truck drivers and after driving 11 hours today we were looking forward to coming in sitting down to have a warm meal and get out of our truck. The lady was rude af and told us that they were closed by screaming it across the dinning room while people were eating. Couldn’t even offer a to go meal.

Asked for a iced lemon water was just brought ice water, was told that they had no lemon. Then when I went to order asked for a side salad was told they didn’t have any salad. So I asked was there anything else that they didn’t have and she just stood there. So I drank my ice water and left. One of the worst experiences that I here ever had in my 30 year being around restaurants.

Coffee was burnt and nasty, water was fine. Moons over my hammy was ok. But the pankcakes (blueberry) tasted legitimately like perfume.. it’s taking forever to get our check so we can go.. I think this place may not have enough employees so I guess I can’t complain about the wait. But the tables feel greasy. Dennys has gone downhill… please fix it!

Never again. I understand being short-handed but when your hostess/waitress seats you, then seats others, then brings them their food and still hasn’t taken your order after nearly 30 minutes of waiting that’s unacceptable. I won’t be wasting my time in the future.

Breakfast fail – eggs over medium actually like a egg crisp and a touch of yolk – muffin soaked in butter, bacon half cooked and has browns cold but crispy … service nothing to write home about – waste of over an hour time and $30. Also like to mention appearance not clean and rolled silverware was dirty … ughh – we won’t return.
