The pizza at this location has always been good and consistent. The issue here is the delivery. Today, I was in a bind because my wife had to work at the hospital and I had three kids at my house that I simply could not reach with lunch because of my job. I ordered pizza at 12:22 and was told that it would be an hour to an hour and ten minutes. It took 2 hours for the pizza to get to my house for the kids and it was so late that it has affected dinner this evening. I called and was just told that they only had one driver and that things were running slow. That is something that might have been helpful to know on the front end.

Garlic knots are awesome and priced fairly. We ordered a small pepperoni pizza and a large Philly cheese steak thin crust an order of the garlic knots. The bill was $42 with a tip. Thought the price was a little on the high side considering the toppings were sparse on our large.

Haven’t ordered from this location for at least a year because the last time was atrocious. Decide to give them another shot tonight and it was just as bad. The food wasn’t even mediocre, that’s just a shame. I ordered parmesan cheese and a year later they still don’t have it for delivery! Of course, they charge you for it! Plenty of other options out there and you guys are now off the list.

Nothing like finding hairs in your cheese pizza. And not just one slice, because I wasn’t the only one to find it. So gross. You should have your hair up when working around food!!! The employees here did not. Don’t think I’ll be ordering from here for a very long time.

Awful, paid $45 for a small and large pizza. The large was mushroom and onion. There were about five mushrooms and they were all on one slice. There was an entire slice of onion. It would have been better if it were sliced and dispersed over the entire pie. The small cheese was so nasty my ravenous four year old that has actually eaten dirt wouldn’t eat it. Total rip off. Do yourself a favor and go to Ingles and get a Red Baron. Its better quality and value.

I haven’t ate at this one, but I was picking up an UberEATS order. The five starts is for the Great customer service, even though I was only picking up for a customer. While picking up the order received another order, and the man was kind enough to bring the order out to me after it was finish. Which I appreciate greatly.

Disgusting wings. I get that it’s fast food, but these aren’t fit for consumption by any animal, let alone a human. It’s clear Papa Johns is striving for maximum profit with minimum cost ingredients

I enjoy the pizza and the quality of the food has always been good to me. This is mainly towards one employee at this location. I ordered online. He got here set the pizza down and waited for me to answer to only ask for a tip. Which wouldn’t be too bad except 2 things. It was a no contact delivery. I put in the instructions to just leave it at the door. And I had already tipped on the app for that very reason. I just didn’t appreciate him not listening to the simple instructions just to ask for a tip.
